Very well. Brad visited and we worked thru our options, including trade offs between manufacturers, products, sizing, and unit locations. Installer was punctual, professional, did a beautiful job, left a clean site. Very happy with their process & the result.

It was a complete waste of time and money to have these guys out to troubleshoot an intermittent start problem I was having on my gas furnace.  They did ZERO actual troubleshooting, just eyeballed the start sequence, cleaned the flame sensor, watched 3 start cycles, and decided the problem was fixed.  Apparently they didn't grasp the concept that "intermittent" means sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  The exact same problem recurred within an hour of their service call.

When I contacted them to report that the same problem was still present I at least expected to be offered an apology and a free return visit to check it out further.  Instead, I was informed that I would be charged for another service call for them to come back.  Further, they made it pretty clear that their game plan was just going to be replacing the next part that they suspected might be bad (control valve).  Needless to say, I declined.  If I'm going to pay professional rates I expect some diagnostic expertise to determine exactly what is wrong.  Parts swapping I can do myself!

I was trying to save some time & effort by having them come out, but ultimately I bit the bullet and did what I should have done in the first place:  Dragged out my manuals & meters and did my own troubleshooting.  It took me awhile, but I was able to narrow the problem down to a bad control board.  I ordered one online (for half what they would have charged me), popped it in, and the furnace has been running smoothly ever since.

Based on my experience, I would avoid American Sheet Metal if you have any furnace problems more complex than changing a filter.  They will certainly never touch another piece of my equipment.

He was great. He came over on his busiest day because he was in the area. We called several different business and he was one of them. he wasnt able to come on that same day, but he came the next day. We were under the assumption that we had to change heaters which is very expensive. When Ryan came over he immediately started checking the stove to see if anything was wrong with it. Then he lit the stove up for us and we talked to him about the stack. He went and got the parts, came back and put the parts on along with did some patching for us. When we found out that our heater in the basement was having an issue with the pilot light going out all the time. Then the Energy Service man came out and said the stove was old and after a few attempts, said he could not light it, it needed to be replaced.I began making appointments with several local heating and cooling businesses, to come over and see what they could do for my stove and or what a new stove would cost to install. We had, had several businesses come over, they had all taken pictures of our heating stove, measured, checked the stove pipe outside the house and said they would get me a quote, not one of them looked over my stove and tried to start it. Each of these people were pressing to put in duct work or one gas heating stove upstairs and one downstairs, when money and room were all draw backs. These bids came in at a minimum of $3,000.00, more than we cold afford, even with payments.Ryan Sutheimer came a few days later, since he had appointments. When he came, I filled him in about what we were experiencing with it and the pilot going out, just like I did with all the other gentlemen.I told him that our heater, easily heated the whole house, with a fan blowing heat upstairs at times of sever cold, register ducts cut in rooms upstairs and turning on a electric wall heater during those times.Ryan went to work, immediately looking over the stove, once he said that everything looked to be just fine, pulled out a small lighter and lit the stove right up.We discussed the pilot going out, telling him about a special cap we had just learned about, for the stove pipe cap, he said if we wanted one, he would go get it and put it on that day and he did. While patching around the stove pipe up on the roof, he infomred me of some holes in the roofing, said he patched them, but it will not last for long. Once all was said and done, it cost me $200.00, I was very satisfied with his this amount, he had gone beyond the call of duty for us.I told Ryan that obviously he was taught the old school ways, because not one other person who came over to our home about the heater, ever looked at the stove or tried to light it.The other companies wanted to sell us a new heater, knowing we don't have the $3,000.00 or more that it would have cost.Ryan was told that he was appreciated so much when the heater started up and it was music to my ears.I thanked Ryan for listening to the problem and fixing it, for an amount we could afford. The second call to Ryan, weeks later, was when the pilot went out and we needed it lit.The night before, I told the office, just let them know our pilot was out and if Ryan was in the area or at the end of his day, could he please come over and lite it.Ryan called that early afternoon, came in and checked the stove out again, cleaned the burner a little, lit it and headed out on the rest of his day.I asked him how much, he said No Charge.Ryan will be called, if we need any type of work he does, whether it is working on our old heater, cleaning our gas heaters or to replace this stove, when it comes to that.Ryan Sutheimer - Owner, was who came to our home from:"All Temp Heating Cooling, Installation and Repairs"Becka will take your call at the Office: 406-449-6644

They were okay. In fact, in the week it destroyed the flooring under the hot water heaters and they were willing to rebuild that part to make that solid so that there will be no issues with the hot water heaters. They did a good job and the price was reasonable under that circumstances.

He was excellent. Got right to the point. Quick to diagnose the problem, found out right away that they had the part in stock. It seemed a very quick and easy fix... I'm still suffering from sticker shock though!

Air-Serv was contacted on short notice to install a vent pipe from the basement through the roof of our 1 story house.  JR accommodated our short schedule window, showed up on the date requested at the time requested and finished the work so we wouldn't be without hot water following the install of our new water heater.  The work was neat clean and well done.

Got quotes from All Seasons Heating and several other heating contractors for replacement of our old furnace in August.  Selected All Seasons based on the quote and recommendations from other people.  Scheduled the install for early October.  All Seasons showed up to do the install on the scheduled date at the scheduled time.  The installers were professional, courteous and did a very clean install.  They had some difficulty getting the new thermostat to work with the old wiring, but stuck around and replaced the wiring to insure the install was done correctly.  Very nice job.

I have used these guys for about 5 years now. I had been very satisfied with their services until this point. We needed our AC outdoor unit moved to the other side of our house in order to build a patio. I called All Seasons, and they said it would probably cost around $300 but could not give an exact quote until they did the work. They moved the unit and then sent us a bill for over $600. I called the owner and he stated that he had reviewed the bill and it seemed reasonable to him. I am not sure why they could not give me an estimate to start with but then can review a bill and say that it is reasonable. I think that I would use these guys again but I am looking for another contractor.

We had always had a slight sewer odor in our basement. Several companies have been here to look it over that last couple of years. None of them could correct the problem. Three Brothers was able to diagnose the problem and fix it completely. We are very satisisfied.

The process of replacing and installing a new central air conditioning system was painless from beginning to end. The estimate was the final cost. Very pleased with their professionalism.   Update: 9 months after the installation of the heating system, a problem developed. The serviceman was "Johnny on the spot", diagnosed the problem and found a solution.  All under warranty. They stand behind what they promise.  Thanks
