FIT IS STILL GOING WITH NO RESULTS..........Signed contract beginning of July. Roof and gutters were to be completed w/in a few weeks. Had to call sales rep several times to get info on status. Finallly called end of August and told rep I would be going elsewhere for services as contract was not being followed. Roof product was delivered and roof started w/in 2 days. Completed - 8/28.... as per the sales pitch...... sales man was to come over when the roof was complete to see if we were satisfied w/ the roof and work. We still haave not heard anything from Aspen except on 9-1 when they wanted their money. At that time it was stated that we have not had an inspection.... drip edge is the wrong color..... have not received the bill to submit to insurance company to pay them. Gutters have not been completed. Called Aspen this weekend and as of Sept 14th we still have NOT heard anything from them regarding our satisfaction when we were told Chris the manager was going to come out after the conversation on the 1st. It is amazing when a friend had her siding, roof and gutters all done in a very timely fashion and we are still waiting for our inspection, the correct drip edge and our gutters!!!!

AThe crew showed up when scheduled. They removed the old roof and cleaned up the area as they worked. There was a large dumpster brought on site and each day the yard was cleaned before the crew left. The metal roof was installed correctly, timely and without any problems. When the job was finished, (this also occurred without delays) they left my property without any signs that they were there!- Andrea B.
