  • I contacted max after getting a house from my grandfathers will, the  will was improperly written so the executor needed a fast house that could be left for me. I didn't complain or try to fight the situation because this all came unexpectedly from a side of the family I have never had relations with. The house ended up being in pretty rough shape and 1200 miles away from where I live. I Emailed Max from the CASTLE website and created a Enter CASTLE account. He phoned me the same day to inquire about the property and then after telling him the story he sent me some info about two local utility companies  and then made a letter that he sent out to the people that had been living in the house. At this point I had given Max nothing not even a penny. 
    After the people living in the house contacted Max and Max made arrangements to go out and meet them to see the condition of the house then we setup automatic payments for the management fee. Max went and looked at the house for me to decide on our next plan of attack. My house happened to have a blue tarp covering it instead of a roof and Max got people lined up to give me estimates on repairing the water damage, and replacing the roof. He also uploaded detailed photos to my CASTLE App that instantly popped up in my Email. A few roofers and carpenters gave max estimates and he loaded the decent ones into the app for me to review. Once I did some math and figured with his help that the house could be profitable, He also went and got a lease signed by the tenant that would go into effect as soon as the house was in a livable condition. Each time a part of the estimate was completed I get great photos into the App and my email of before and after.
    During this process I have called Max over 15 times 10 or  so were answered immediately and 5 times I left messages with questions, and he would call me back that day. I sent well over 100 emails asking stuff and have gotten replies every time with insightful and most helpful answers right to my inbox withing hours. Often times I have wondered if I am his only account, or if with this kind of support he could not have much more then 5 accounts.
    There was one small problem with a contractors bid contract not being inclusive and Max not only negated the difference down, but he also made things right by splitting it with me. He personally called to apologize for the mishap and give me the rundown. Never would I have thought to hear from him personally in a situation like that. Most places would shoot an email off with the bill in it, and expect me to call and complain about it. That phone call and the way the situation was handled really raised my respect for Max and CASTLE.
    within three months I was able to get my first rent payment and two days early as a matter of fact. I am now a very happy customer of CASTLE and Max for life.

  • John and Colleen are nice and friendly, as long as nothing out of the ordinary happens.  My home in Great Falls fell victim to the mess that is Eagle's Crossing (foundation/structural issues).  We identified the issues with the home and that we were persuing a claim against the builders to Full House Property Management prior to signing the agreement.  As soon as some of the issues arose with regards to being required to deal with rodents entering the home, being called for depositions in the case, etc, both John and Colleen became distant and began to ignore their duties as property managers.  John was always quiet, and Colleen was the kind face of Full House.  After having some issues with the home, John became hostile, both with myself and with my laywer.  Even the tenants were hesitant to contact them for concerns, instead choosing to contact our lawyer or myself directly.  We decided to cancel our arrangement and seek other management.  In closing, we are still having problems getting Full House to release the current tenants security deposit.  We have since hired a new manager and they are working to secure the deposit.  I will update as details unfold.

  • **Some helpful facts not mentioned when lease is signed may include:
    • Lying to tenants. (Tenants have literally been TEASED with their money by Full House Property Management.)
    • Not cleaning rentals before tenants move in. (When we vacuumed the floor, the amount of scum and dust was nauseating)! 
    • Their so called "maintenance" includes refusing to replace rundown appliances. (For nearly a year, we had W/D that would flood floors up to our ankles and break down constantly, but were never replaced). 
    • Also may include an water-powered heater that's built outside the unit and keeps freezing, due to Montana's -40 °F winters. Instead, they could be resolving those issues entirely by replacing appliances with built-to-last longer than a month quality.
    • Failing to mention to new tenants when they are moving into a bedbug infested rental.
    • In the event of disaster or fire, may change your locks on you, provide you with absolutely nothing, refuse you your property, and yell at you when questioned.
    • In the event of a damaging sewage flood that destroys your bathroom, and if it's determined by a professional that your walls need to be completely tore down and rebuilt, Full House will likely "respond", but the only repairs likely to occur are fans being put on near your walls, a few new tiles, and Full House telling you that everything is fixed and cleaned.

  • IN MY OPINION, WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE EVER!! THESE CROOKS ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY. AN APARTMENT BUILDING OF THEIRS BURNED AND LEFT 8 TENANTS HOMELESS. FULL HOUSE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HAS PERSONALLY TOLD ME IN FRONT OF 2 OTHER PEOPLE THAT THEIR TENANTS ARE STUPID. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE. A BUSINESS THIS DISGRACEFUL AND BAD SHOULDN'T EVEN EXIST IN THIS CENTURY!!
