    Terrible On 12 Jan had Tom O'Connell, owner and sole employee of Orbit plumbing come out and look at my garage heater. We agreed for him to replace with same kind as it is 14 years old. He asked for $675 down and would come out on 18 Jan to replace it. He texted that he would have to delay to the following week on 22 Jan. Since it would be delayed I asked him to just drop the heater off and I would pay the balance for his time. He now will not respond to phone or texts. Will have to pursue legal means to recover funds.

    They showed up on time ! What plumber does that ?! Once Caleb was on location I discribed my preventative maintenance plan of scoping and cleaning all drains in the home. Caleb went right to work with all positive reports. Recommended a foaming solution for roots, and gave thorough instructions on how to use. Caleb was very professional and courteous, the price for the work performed was reasonable and no mess was left behind. I have a good confidence that my drains (yes they are clay) will last for several more years thanks to Caleb's assessment.

    They were very good. They were there when they were supposed to, they were very good. Super, they were very easy to work with. Friendly and just did a good job. Cleaned up after themselves, did a super job. The workers were very good.

    Quit working 2 weeks after installed. Company couldn't fix problem so they recommend another plumbing company and told us they would reimburse us for cost. Never did. Never returned calls. Had to sue. Never showed for court.

    The tech that came out did a great job, very friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working fine. I also had them come back to get an estimate on a tank less water heater. I will cell them for any future work.

    I have an older house with, in my opinion, difficult fixtures and pipes. Was unable to replace this on my own due to odd pipe length that ended up needing to be cut. Replacement is working perfectly, very happy with the service. Also had an outside faucet replaced by Kindred last summer that went smoothly.

    Service manager came out for estimate and stayed until all my questions were answered and I had quotes for multiple services. Later date when crew showed up to do work, they were very timely, professional, and answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with this company not the cheapest prices out there but customer service goes a long way with me. They were wonderful!

    We called for service early Monday morning after losing all water pressure in the hot water lines over the weekend. We expressed an interest in converting to an on demand system, and the person taking our call sent over a plumber within a few hours to look things over. She also scheduled us for a 50 gallon tank replacement  at 8:15 the next morning as a back up. The individual ho came over was very knowledgeable and friendly and, while he admitted that he would love the business, he advised against an on demand system in our case due to his concerns over the time we would be without hot water while the gas meter, gas lines, water lines and electrical work was being replaced or modified. He also pointed out the repairs we would have due to damage to finished walls and ceiling. While he was perfectly willing to schedule installation of the system if we chose to have it, he suggested that we stay with the traditional type water heater. We appreciated his honesty and opted to have the regular tank installed the next day. The plumber was prompt and friendly, and took pains to clean up after the installation. He also took time to explain the features of the new tank, such as the meaning of the sequence of flashing lights in the tanks internal monitoring system, and he removed and showed the part in the old tank that had stopped  hot water flow and was actually the cause of the loud banging I the pipes.We now have plenty of hot water, pipes are quiet when we now use the dish washer, washing machine or out side faucets, and unlike with previous plumbers, we had no clean up to do..

    They were on time and very professional. Since it was a rental property, he called me to let me know there would be additional charges for pulling the toilet to access the line. * I have already referred them to my hunt & others!

    The repairman/supervisor came to replace the part, informed my daughter there was nothing they could do, the furnace needed replaced and left our home and family with no heat in sub zero weather. I called the answering service asking for a return call from the owner and repairman leaving my home number and cell phone numbers. I did not receive a call, nor did my daughter.

    In the end I called a competitor who came and got the furnace running after more than 24 hours without heat. We will need a new furnace, and will arrange for that this summer, after the Montana winter is over.
