  • Excellent. Sophie is extremely energetic yorkiepoo and each time she comes out feeling so soft and looks adorable. I appreciate they take their time with her and treat her kindly! I would happily refer her to any of my friends : ) The pictures below are her 1st and latest groomings....

  • The Veterinarian Dr. Richardson was very good. She checked puppy over very well. She checked hips. bite, bones and much more Gave first shots. Answered all questions about what the shots were for. She answered my questions on how much food a puppy should have daily and what was a healthy food to be feeding such a small puppy. The staff was very helpful when setting up the next appointment and also answered my question on next visits. Over all I felt very at ease and knew that my new puppy was going to be getting the best health care a puppy needs. They're prices are also very good they even have a new puppy program that help keep costs low.

  • I took my 10 pound chihuahua mix to Weona for 2 nights as we were leaving town for the weekend. Upon checking my dog in, the owner opened the door to the back and there was diarrhea all over the floor. The owner said "oh really dog, get in there" referring to a neighbouring room. Then she told an employee that it was a boxer puppy on "crap food". But I left my dog against my better judgement. As on a lot of 10 hour road trips, we didn't have a lot to do besides watch the camera that the kennel provides, both in the small dog area indoors, as well as outside. We turned it on at 4:00 and observed the dogs outside, mine standing at the gate, then we lost service until 4:25 and saw him still outside. Mind you, it was 10° in Great Falls with a realfeel of 1° AND I advised the girl upon drop off that my dog is never outdoors and as such should only remain outside a few minutes in this weather. I called immediately and a different girl said "they were not outside for 25 minutes". She did not apologise but was seen letting them in shortly after. The dogs are left alone on Sundays with no one at the kennel...she let them out into the common area around 8am and was not observed again until 2 to let them outside...the owner herself told me they were let outdoors every 1-2 hours. It's no wonder I witnessed 3 dogs urinating on the couch! If it is not posted business hours, they do not answer the phone and there is no way to contact them in case of emergency. When I picked up my dog I told the girl working of my concerns, again no apology, she simply advised that the owner would be in tomorrow. I got my dog to the car where he proceeded to drink about 20 ounces without taking a breath.

  • This person is SUPPOSED to be a groomer. I highly doubt that Peggy Dion - the owner - is even licensed. This was the FIRST annoyance:  We have been taking our dogs to this place for over 3 yrs and they didn't even remember us. (At least 3 - 4 times a year.) Then we asked to have them groomed before we picked them up from our short 4 day trip for a family emergency. We had this done here one time before and whoever the groomer was at that time did an ok job. Of course we only had them bathed - not clipped. I had to tell her (Peggy the owner) 3 (THREE) times what we wanted done to our 2 Papillons and our Pap/Pom X. I asked the gal up front if I should write it all down as it didn't seem like she was getting it. She said "no Peggy got it". Because of the way Peggy kept asking and how I had to keep repeating the instructions - I was nervous. When we picked our dogs up I was HORRIFIED! First of all let me explain that our female pap is a show dog, AKC registered and comes from champion bloodlines. Our male is also a pure bred Papillon although not registered. They are supposed to have long fur on their bodies, legs, feet and especially the ears. Papillon is french and means butterfly in English. SO the ears are supposed to resemble the open wings of a butterfly. Our oldest dog is a Pap/Pom mix and we have her shaved for the summer. HOWEVER we always have her main including the ears and the tail left alone. So she looks like a little lion. Well let me tell you that this Peggy person shaved her down COMPLETELY. NO FUR LEFT WHATSOEVER. She looks like she was skinned. And the Paps - Ginger the female show dog - was also SHAVED. Her EARS, legs, face and undercarriage! ALL SHAVED. She is RUINED as a show dog and even as a PAP. It will take three years to try to grow that hair back to what it should be. Max the male Pap also had his legs and ears clipped down. Although nowhere near as bad as Ginger. Anyone who knows the Papillon breed would be aghast! I was SO angry and SO upset that all I could do on my way home was SOB.If this is an experienced, trained and licensed groomer I would HATE to see someone who isn't! She should KNOW what to do with a papillon if she is going to be in this business. She should known how to groom ALL breeds or get out of the pet grooming industry. And it isn't like we didn't EXPLAIN what we wanted over and over again. AND ask if she needed it written down, which she refused. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS PETS here.

  • Happy Tails Lodge is the best pet boarding, day care, grooming, and pet store facility in Montana. Our black lab loves running in the spacious yards and having play time with new puppy friends when we go on vacation. We have trusted Happy Tails for almost 2 years. I like Happy Tails because unlike other pet boarding facilities, the dogs are not just left in a cage all day. The big yards provide a fun space for the dogs to run and the staff is welcoming and friendly.
The Happy Tails pet store is known as "The biggest little pet store in Montana" and offers a wide variety of holistic grain-free pet foods that provide animals with premier proteins to keep them happy and healthy at reasonable prices.

  • We really liked them the first time. We stopped in to ask what to do about it when the dog got into human food they should not have. They worked us in and told us what to do. We have been very pleased with them. Everybody is pleasant, they follow up on things. After a couple of days they called to check on him. They have done that every time we have brought him in or called. They always follow up. We are really impressed with their compassion for their animals. They created an open tab in case we needed to go back. another time they just charged us for medicine not the visit. We can not speak highly enough of them. We have been very impressed.

  • The facility has been clean and spotless both times I have gone there, everyone is very friendly! They treated us and our puppy as if we've been going there for years. Definitely recommend this vet!

  • She has excellent service, and this is second time we've used her. We took our dog in to get a bath, and we had talked to her on the phone about it. She told us when the best time to come during their slow time is. And when our dog ripped a bag of dog food on accident, she didn't even charge us and gave the food out to my dog and the other dogs there! Her and her daughter are great with the animals. If we have questions they have no issue answering them. Our dog is always waiting at the door when we're about to go see her.

  • My dogs name is Polly. Clip Joint is always available and prompt when my appointment is. They are really generous with Polly, because she has failing kidney and they give her all the water she needs and they take out to go to the bathroom. They are very good with animals. I am very satisfied with their work.

  • I reciently adopted a new cat , who was super tiny only 5 lbs. she is three and has had 3 litters of kittens already. She was super skittish when we got her, but Dr. Petersen was super gentle and pateint with her. The staff was great as well in keeping her calm before her procidure. They used a laser ( the only vet in town who does) So she is already feeling better. They also did a full exam and found ear mites and gave me the meds. for that too! I had no idea she even had them. I was surprised with the price to it included the surgery, the meds. to go home, and the stuff to put her to sleep for the surgery. Only $140.00. Great Place Great price, Great staff, and an overall great experience. Defently going back for all my other pet needs.
