    Checking in was easy since I pre- registered, and the wait time was about 10 minutes. The technologist was friendly and clear with her instructions and description of the exam. The exam room was clean and modern-looking. I was able to watch the entire ultrasound and a large wall-mounted TV while she explained all the images. I was excited to receive print-outs iof the exam since my husband was deployed and could not be present. The tech also discretely examined for gender, printed out the results and sealed them in an envelope so my husband and I could find out together. I had a terrific experience!

    I was sent to Urgent Care by my physician for non-typical headaches. When I checked in at the reception desk, I was told the wait would be 30-40 minutes. My wait lasted almost 1 1/2 hours. I was not given any updates on progress or how long things would take. When I finally went to the desk to ask how much longer it would be, I was taken back to a room because I stated I was having light sensitivity. I waited another 30 minutes before I was seen by the provider. He was very nice and thorough. All of my questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed. The nurses were kind and friendly. I would probably go back to this Urgent Care with some reservations due to the length of the wait time and inaccurate waiting time given to me. The medical staff were all very nice though and competent. My healthcare needs were taken care of even if my scheduling needs were not.

    I have ordered & bought our monthly prescriptions from the Public Drug Co. for over 50 years. We have filled at least 15 prescriptions each month. The pharmacists are careful filling each prescription. If any prescription needs a refill, the pharmacist will call the doctor for a new prescription without being asked. The pharmacist explains carefully any changes or if it is a new prescription she/he explains what the medication is, how to take it, & any side effects. The pharmacists all go out of their way to provide the best of service & politely answer any questions I may have. If they don't have the answer they will contact whoever they need to find the information. If they do not have a medication or product on hand they will order it from their distributor or another pharmacy if necessary. The pharmacy delivers in town for free. In our case they will mail our prescriptions to us because we live 50 miles from town. We pay postage, but it's cheaper than driving 100 miles. They are friendly (they always remember who we are & call us by name & inquire to how we are), they are always professional, & they are accurate. The clerks are courteous & friendly, too.
