  • The provider came back that Monday as promised and looked at my carpets. He could see the smell and stains were still visible. I told him that I would like him to redo the living room and dinning room. He stated he was not going to redo the carpets at all and instead he stated he would spray the stains with some chemical. They had already done that on Friday and seen the chemical didn't take care of the issue so why spry again with something that was not effective??? I asked them to leave my house and that I will call another company. I use Kleen King but could get to me till Sept 8th and I needed them done sooner. I should have stayed with a fair and honest company even though I would of had to wait till September there service has always been excellent!!! Then the provider looked at me and stated " It wasn't me who f***** p***** all over your carpets and made them smell. I found him to be  a very rude, disrespectful person with a potty mouth. I work for Cascade County Correctional Facility as Manager/Director and I hear enough of that stuff at work from the pods....I feel I should get a refund or get the carpets redone. I was not satisfied with your service and the work that was done.

  • Always clean carpets was very professional. They did a great job with my carpets. There was no extra charge or fuss for moving my furniture to do fantastic job. I had stains in my carpets that I thought would never come up and they got it. I felt very comfortable with them because they guaranteed there work and promised me they would come back if I had any problems. I would recommend always clean carpets to all my friends. Thanks again guys.

  • After an episode of sick in my house that required more carpet and couch cleaning that I was prepared for, I called these guys for help. They came out that same day, within a short time of me calling them, in between their other jobs. I was so grateful. They did what I asked; I couldn't ask for anymore. They cleaned the couch thoroughly, removing all the bright pink vomit. The vomit from the carpet came up easily, too. And, it didn't take forever to dry. Reasonably priced. And, I didn't get charged extra for a same day call. Very friendly men. I did not feel uncomfortable with them in my home.

  • Not happy at all. When called, I was asked if I would put this on our insurance, not thinking, because I wanted our basement to get cleaned. I said, "yes". This was a mistake, because I came to realize, they want us to use our insurance to charge an exuberant amount. As I mentioned above. 2 cleaners came from Service Master, female in late 50's and male early 30's. They vacuumed up water, and toweled the tile. Set up 14 fans, and left. I was not given an estimate, nor did I ask. Big Mistake!!!. They said, fans should be there for about 4 days. My husband called and found and had we left it for the 4 days, they would have charged us $2750.00. We where told after that they are very expensive and we could have chosen another company who are fair, do a great job. My husband is trying to negotiate the price down, and when spoke to our insurance adjuster, he himself, said, the price was ridiculous! Just a note, I personally turned off fans, lined them up for pickup and made sure they where clean and cords where wrapped up. I personally helped them carry the fans up from the basement. What I also forgot to mention. It definetly was overkill with the fans and dehumidifirer, as stated half of the living room carpet absorbed water, and half of bedroom carpet had absorbed carpet. No walls where affected. So. What do you think? Is it possible they are encouraged to use as much equipment as they can to increase the cost, and charge of $10.00 per fan, plus hourly charge of having them in our house. The total time we had them, was 1day and a half. Can you justify the price they charge? I hope they pay their employees a good, fair wage, including benefits. If I had someone clean our carpets down stairs with what was covered in water, even with use of their fans, in no way would we have been charged, anywhere near Service Masters Price.
    The square footage that was cleaned was 300 square feet of carpet and they used 1 towel, to towel dry my tile. I found out today 01/07/2014 they charged another household $900. For 1000 square feet with crawl space. Same type of cleaning. Why were we charged more for the same service? We didn't have a crawl space they had to get into? We had less sq. ft. Cleaned.
    01/24/14 I sent a letter to Mr. Don Black; Supervisor Restoration. Again asking to reduce the amount.
    Received a letter from The President of Service Master that the price will stay as was quoted. 01/27/14

  • The showed up on time, that is all I can that is good about say about them. When the carpets dried they still left stains in the hallway. (I ended up renting a machine and redoing the carpet in the hall way) This was not even a high traffic area. The couch, recliner and rocker looked like they barely put any solution on the couch or recliner. This is one of the worst jobs I have ever had done in my house. When I questioned them about this they said that, "that is all the time we have, just wait till the stuff dries it will look better". Called to complain and left a message x4 have never got a response from them. I would stay away from this company, they are very good a doing nothing...don't waste your money. I am hiring another company to come in and finish the job that they stared. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

  • Great job. Carpets looked brand new after they were done. They got out stains that I thought would never come up. They were on time and very professional. They charged me less then they should have. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!

  • Beyond my expectations! My 28 month old daughter had head lice living in the roots of her hair. We unfortunately had to shave her head...thank our Lord she is young. My parents contacted Mr Thomas at Clean Way and they discussed our situation. Very early that next morning Clean Way knocked at my door. I was astonished by the promptness. I am an 18 year old single mother still in high school. Mr Thomas did not judge me. He was very explicit informing me what had to be done and what he was going to do. I didn't realize there was more cleaning and disinfecting involved. Mr Thomas was very professional. Before long, I felt cleansed. Taking my income and my situation in mind, Clean Way discounted the price of service. What a thoughtful generous business. Thank you Mr Thomas, Clean Way!! I am thankful for your generosity and support for the young and lower income clients. I am recommending Clean Way to everyone. God Bless.

  • The cleaners were on time, honored their estimate, although he did say the rooms were large.  He wanted to be paid with a check and told my son-in-law that tips were appreciated. When asked when the carpets would be dry, he said in 4-6 hours. He was done by 10 AM, at 5 PM the carpets were still extremely wet, in some places almost slippery. The large dirty areas were still there.  When I called to complain about the wetness, the operator of the cleaner told me first that I probably mistook the wetness for the carpets just being too clean. Then he told me that the carpets were in bad shape and that's why they were still wet and not cleaned very well.  At 10 P that night as I was on my knees in the spare bedroom putting a bed frame together, the pants I had on actually got large wet areas on my knees. I don't think the person doing the cleaning spent any time at all pulling the water out or his machine just wasn't working.  When the appointment was made this service was the one that was able to do the job the quickest, I'm guessing the reason why is that they probably get no repeat business and have to rely on new people that don't know the quality of their work.

  • We have dogs and our carpet was very, very overdue for a thorough cleaning.
    They pretreated the areas that needed it and I was amazed at the
    results. We had an old stain that we had tried to get out with the diy
    rental equipment with limited success. Cleanway got that area clean and
    our 18 year old carpets look almost as good as new! I've referred them
    to friends several times.

  • I had a coupon for 3 rooms and a hallway and they ended up having enough materials to do my stairs as well.  Extremely quick and professional. The carpets looked great and I haven't had any stains return.  They even ended up being early and called to see if that was okay if they before our scheduled time.  I needed to turn the apartment over quickly and they made an exception to come on a Saturday to accommodate me.  I will use them again and recommend them to others.
