    He was more than helpful on a way ahead of a broken lock on the property, he actually said, "Don't buy a lock from me, get it at a hardware store it will be cheaper. Then I will rekey to match" No mess left behind, easy to contact and fast on site. I will welcome them back when ever I need them.

    They could be a little better with responsiveness. Make sure you get an appt. and they seem to do a good job. The workers are very friendly, good. They are very good, they are very busy so I advise people to get an appointment in advance.

    They also performed a couple of quick recall items to my vehicle. I explained to them that a previous company had likely disconnected the passenger side airbag. They were able to get me in the next day from the day I called. They offered a shuttle, but I declined as they didn't need that long to perform the service and recall services. They also wash your car after they complete the service.

    I had to bring it back a 2nd time to fix my AC system. The first time I was there, I explained to them to check behind the control knob first because there had been a problem there before while under manufacturer bumper to bumper warranty. I have no clue what they did the first time. The 2nd time they were reluctant to fix it and I demanded they fixed it without charging me. They did fix the knob, however they must have disconnected some other wiring. When I got the vehicle back the 2nd time, the airbag system light is blinking and according to the owner's manual, this means that there is a problem with the airbag system. I simply don't trust them anymore so I now take my vehicles elsewhere for regular service and repairs. These guys do know what they are doing when it comes to auto repairs, however they refuse to take any responsibility.

    I asked them to check the air filter and replace it with the one I had siting on the seat if it was dirty. They told me the air filter was fine. When I got home, I checked it myself and it was DIRTY. I think they did check it, but did not pull it out to check the side that gets dirty. I will not be bringing my vehicle to them again for regular service. They were able to get me in the same day and their prices are reasonable.

    They started the work and it took about 5 days.They had to replace lifters,bearings,plugs etc. My truck is a GMC serria. Plug #1 and#7  kept fowling up with oil. They said that my oil regular was bad?? What ever that was. After all that ,it still didn't fix the problem. I called GMC and talked to them they said to talk to John. I did and they said that I never had oil change/lube etc with them that they weren't going to fix it. All my work for oil/lube was done at Taylor Max. I asked them to fax it all to John. They did but he didn't care. Said to bad. Powertrain Warranty was over. What the h***. They never fixed the problem that they started when it was under warranty. I will never get a car or truck from City Chevrolet they don't stand by their work or their word. They cant be trusted. Now John(in service) is rude and short when I talk to him. I will never go there again. I do not suggest anybody use them.

    In previous situations, Lithia Honda did nothing to make the situation right.  Another Honda Dealer had to make the repairs at my expense.  Why does the customer have to pay to have the repairs done correctly?  Lithia Honda should have to step up and make the necessary repairs at their expense.

    We took a friend's truck to S and D automotive after going to Mr Tune Up in Great Falls and getting ripped off and treated poorly. I would have taken it to them first, but they were very busy that day. However, after my experience with Mr Tune Up, they said they would be able to work me in their schedule.
    I have had many good experiences with taking vehicles to S and D automotive over the past year. Jerry and Steve there are very honest, fairly priced and decent people, which can be rare in the automotive mechanic field.
    If you need a vehicle repair, take it to these guys.

    I took a friend's truck to Mr Tune Up to check out the brakes. After taking off the wheels and looking at the front and rear brakes, the owner of Mr Tune Up told me that he broke a wheel stud taking the wheels off and I would have to pay for it. He said it would just be a few bucks. I told him that was bad business since he broke the part and that he should have to pay for it. My friend had recently changed the tire and observed a tire company put on a new tire on that wheel and there were no problems with the wheel stud. The owner had a very aggressive body language.
    The owner then said that the front brakes and rotors would be need to be replaced. He said it would be $373 for both. I asked him if we could just replace the brakes and not the rotors since we couldn't afford it now. He said that'd be a bad brake job and seemed very angry and stormed off. His attitude was terrible. I opened the shop door and told him I'd just like for him to fix the wheel stud that he broke and put the wheels back on. He did and still seemed very angry.
    He then charged me $38.95 just for taking off the wheels and looking at the brakes. It was a terrible experience. Do not take your vehicle to this business.
    We ended up taking the vehicle to S and D automotive in Great Falls after that. The guys were very friendly, only charged $240 for the same repair including brakes and rotors, and did a great job.

    as we walked in the door the parts man was leaving and did not speak to us.  we had to wait a few minutes before we were waited on.  in the background we could hear people discussing business that should not be discussed in an area where it can be overheard.
