They seem to get it done fairly quickly while you are waiting.  When you bring it in for servicing, they do a checkpoint list and call your attention to potential problems, and I think that's good.  They thoroughly look at things before they write them down.

I like the fact that they fixed the problem because it's pretty unsafe if the power steering fluid is leaking.  Putting it in the hands of the good technicians there is a good thing to do.  They have some good mechanics.  They also have a good waiting area.

Used car prices on this lot are off the charts.  For the double (and occasionally triple) blue book they ask, I expected better vehicles.  Instead, I test drove a car that was having trouble with the transmission, half the buttons were broke and had serious scaring to the inside furnishings.  Then I was told that my trade was trash.  My trade has been valued at $4,000 by a professional.  Their vehicle blue booked at $1,900 tops.  Asking price: $3,300.  I tried not to pass judgement, but also in the way I was treated, the whole experience screamed scam.  I backed out as politely as possible.

I am a notorious avoider of dealership service departments.  In my experience they usually charge far more than independent shops, push "factory authorized" parts which are unnecessarily expensive, and don't do any better work than the "little guys."  I started using the Brooks Hanna service department after receiving a coupon for an oil change about 18 months ago.
On my first visit for the above mentioned oil change, they informed me that there was a recall on a part on my car, which required several more visits to resolve.  They were patient and dedicated to solving the problem, even though it did not resolve according to the first information provided by Ford.  I was impressed with their service and decided to return for future routine maintenance.
Since then, I have received consistently high quality service from the dealership.  They are always able to accommodate my schedule in making appointments and are usually on time finishing jobs.  They are always willing to provide rides to and from work, errands, etc while my car is being serviced.  Once, when service took longer than expected, they even gave me a ride to the grocery store, then gave my wallet a ride to join me after I realized I'd left it in my car!
Best of all, their services are consistently affordable.  Their regular price for oil changes beats our local WalMart, and they do a better job in less time, as well.  They routinely go above and beyond the service requested at the time and always let me know if something on my car is wearing down or will need attention in the near future.  Unlike my previous experiences with dealerships, I don't feel this is an attempt to "talk me into" spending more, but rather a true attempt at customer service.
Brooks Hanna has changed my attitude towards dealership service departments!

Very courteous and helpful staff. Took time to find the right replacement blades and then found an excellent pair that were on sale! Then, came out to the car and installed the blades. Great store.

The staff are friendly, happy and helpful. I waited less than 45 minutes and they even made minor repairs to some cosmetic bossy work at no extra charge. I always count on them to be professional, effective, and appropriate to my needs. I even trust them to take care of my mom and the rest of my family.

It went well, until I went to pay, and found they had tacked 50.00 dollars onto the price of my radiator. When I had priced it from the same parts store they had gotten it from the day prior. And spoke with the manager about it.

It went fine. I waited as the service was being done and as I was waiting they checked with me about the tire rotation. They said the tires were wearing evenly and that there was no need to rotate but they would do the rotation if I wanted it done. I appreciated them checking with me because it saved time and money.

A truck was found from an out of state dealer.  The truck did not have a engine heater and it had tires that were not well suited for towing which was how the truck was set up.  I paid an extra $1200 for the tires and heater because both I and the salesman did not realize the defficiencies before I drove it off the lot.  I will take my time next time.  Normally every truck sold in Montana is required to have a engine heater.

It went OK. No problems this time. But I have had problems with their work in the past. Six years ago they did a brake job on the toyota and forgot to hook up the brake lights. I drove it from Butte to Seattle and happened to have a Seattle stranger tell my my brake lights were out. I took it to an American Car Care shop in Seattle and they fixed it free under the guarantee. But it could have caused an accident.
