  • My agent, Jen Lower, has taken me to see homes MANY times. She never complained about the number of homes she has shown me and is always cheerful and willing.  She also seems to always have me in the back of her mind when new homes came on the market and made sure I knew about any she thought I might be interested in.  She always took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and stayed on top of the entire process.

  • There were unforseeable hiccups, as in most real estate transactions, but they handled EVERYTHING without attitude or delay. My husband can be a really 'hard-sell', but Jenifer handled him like a brother... she just listened incredibly well and followed through. She did not force him or go outside his parameters. I remember he saw a house that he exclaimed, "Well, why aren't you going to show me THAT one:" And Jenifer calming said, "Because it is outside your 'comfort zone' price point!" Bottomline is Jenifer is an incredible listener and won't play the normal 'games' in real estate -- she wants people HAPPY and wants them as return customers. We are great friends to this day! Thank you Jenifer and your tireless staff!!

  • Our amazing real estate agent went to bat for us on numerous occasions and was able to negotiate several tricky and complex arrangements and alignments for a buy/sell on the same day.  She referred us to excellent set of contractors for helping us to sell our house.  She has helped us to arrange for numerous other contingencies in the process.   The professionalism, transparency, service make us proud to recommend her to any other individuals looking for a real estate agent.

  • Roz did wonders again! After she helped to sell my town-home in a difficult market in 2013, my sister and I partnered with her again to sell our family home in 2014. Roz and her team (Morgan and Tom) expertly presented our unconventional home to find the right buyer. Circumstances required that we moved prior to the sale, and we couldn't have left it in more trustworthy hands. We enthusiastically recommend Roz!

  • Up Front - An outstanding experience, extremely professional and thorough inspection provided us guidance that saved us potentially thousands in work later had we discovered the deficiencies after we closed on our house -- I definitely recommend Buyer Best Interest Inspections.
My wife and I went into a contract to purchase a brand new home, construction just finished.  We were unsure if we wanted to spend $325 to have a brand-new house inspected... I mean, with a new house - it's new, right?  Well, boy are we glad we got the inspection and even happier we chose Buyer Best Interest to perform the work.  The house is in excellent condition, but the inspector, Darren, spent several hours climbing under the house, in the attic, looking in places we never considered and he found many items that needed attention.  Under the house he discovered two of the support studs were not properly secured.  He advised us that there was no Radon mitigation system in the basement, but when he went in the attic, he found a fan system and the start of a radon system installed - it just needed the rest of the piping completed and electrical wiring.  He discovered a problem with the stairs that we never noticed, some spacing problems with the cabinets, and much-much more.
In addition to his report of findings (which included pictures and explanations of what needed to be done), he also offered helpful tips on how to care for things in the property.  For example, treatments that can be used on the grout int eh shower and tubs to protect it.  He encouraged us to be present for the inspection... we stayed out of his way, but at the end he walked us through the house and pointed out things and took the time to explain if it was an issue, what should or could be done, etc.  His final report was a detailed color 23 page report (keep in mind, this was a brand-new construction... not an old house with numerous issues).
Summary: His report positioned us to negotiate with the builder and seller to correct over a dozen deficiencies - the value of the corrections was probably close to 10 times the cost of the report that we paid for... well worth it.  We are also going to follow his advice on several house tips to keep our house in great shape.  Thanks Darren!!

  • Candace did an excellent job helping us find a home. She is knowledgeable about the market in the area and knows who are the good contractors and/or builders in the valley. Candace was thorough, efficient and paid attention to what we were looking for. She was also patient and easy to work with. Candace went the extra mile to find us a house. Couldn’t ask for more!

  • They were very professional and easy to work with. we had some bad experiences with other property management companies in Bozeman; IBEX was exceptional at every step of the renting process. IBEX also cares about you after the rental process.

  • Donna is very professional and experienced. From the first phone call you can tell she knows what she is doing. With her knowledge and connections she made the whole real estate process as fast and painless as possible. Always was extremely fast to jump on the case when anything came up.  I have no problem recommending Donna to anyone because I know they will be well taken care of.

  • Unbeknownst to me and to them, when a landlord turns the property's utilities over into the renters name, the property management company should have the landlord fill out a form which turns the utilities back in the landlord's name when the renters move out.  Evidentally, even though they are a property management company, they did not know of such paperwork and as a result did not have me fill out the form.

My renters moved out of my house.  Since the power company did not have a forward billable address, due to the negligence of the property management company,  they shut the power/heat off to the house.  As a result the pipes froze, broke, and destroyed my kitchen.

AAA Red Lodge Rentals claims since I signed a lease which holds them not liable for frozen pipes, that they are not liable.  I live in an old mining town, and many times during winter months, during extremely cold temperatures, people's pipes freeze.  I lived in my home for 21 years, during -20 to -30 degree weather, and not once did my pipes freeze, in part because I had an in floor furnace which kept the crawl space and the pipes warm!!!!

The pipes to my house froze because the power to my house was turned off.  This was because AAA Red Lodge Rentals did not have the proper paperwork on board when I initially turned the house over to them for management!
