  • Plumbing technician was prompt, courteous and completed the install ok. Took a little longer than what I anticipated. Bozeman area is pricey and appointment times are 2-3 weeks out so not an issue with the install, just dealing with booming Bozeman. I would use them again, just plan ahead if possible for the appointment.

  • We have both radiant heat and forced air. I have used Harvey's several times over the past three years we have owned the house.  Built in 2006,  several heating and plumbing items need repair and replacing (it was just time).  Easy to schedule an appointment, and the techs show up on time, giving me a prescribed 30 minute call heads up that they were on their way.  On two occasions when the radiant heat quit, Justin was able to walk me through several check items to see if we could fix or identify the issue without them coming out - saving me money.  Twice I took photos of control panels and gauges on a smart phone and emailed to Justin so he could see what the problem was while we were on the phone, and also make sure the tech arrived with the appropriate parts saving them coming out to Gateway and then having to go back and retrieve a part from the shop.  Three different techs have been here and each was a specialist in the various issues (plumbing, radiant heat systems/boiler, forced air system). Each of the techs arrived exactly on time, were very polite, knew what they were doing, quickly confirmed/identified the problem, and because we had gone over the issues with photos on the phone, arrived with replacement parts.  Each time they cleaned up immaculately. Their emergency service is great ( our heat went out on a Sunday) and works the same way with the tech walking through the problem on the phone before coming out.  Harvey's is not the cheapest, but not the most expensive, either. But their service and knowledge of both radiant heat and forced air systems and fixtures, including older boilers and furnaces, pumps, etc.,  as well as the he latest, high efficiency systems is top notch.

  • I have been greatly disappointed by their service (or lack thereof) and continue to have hard water despite continued visits from their service people. I have paid for their regular servicing of my system and found out that the softener, despite the money I have paid them and times I have reported residue in our water, has not been working and, in fact, has been putting MORE salt and residue into our water. Our water from the well, while hard, is still softer than the "treated" water that comes through their system in our home. I am switching providers.

  • Our initial phone call was returned within an hour and a date was chosen. The toilet arrived sooner than expected so we quickly arranged an earlier date. Troy arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. All work was done neatly and he took our old toilet and all the packaging for the new one. All very quick and tidy. I prefer small, family-owned businesses.

  • We had an issue with a rental unit that had froze up. We called Harvey's Pand H and they took care of the problem billed fairly and when I questioned the cost of a piece of equipment they explained the difference in Home Depot material and professional quality material. One of the reasons of the failure was because we had purchased a cheap part from Lowes. I would trust them to do the job correct again. They made a few suggestions that lowered the monthly bill a bit and in all was a great experience. Thank you Bob, Justin and the rest of Harvey's team.

  • I have to say from the initial phone call to the completion this business was nothing but professional. John was the man on our job. Talk about flexible, he had to work around the floor install, two different rooms, a sleeping teenager, changing dates and owners who live in another state! Great communication, gave us advice on the ancient toilets we had in the unit, checked the water pressure and was just a truly nice guy. John removed old toilets, installed 2 new toilets and took care of the fridge, dishwasher unhook/hook up in a timely manner and was very neat with his work.

  • Telephoned when on the way to accomplish work, and kept us abreast of any possible delays.



    Arrived with a full crew and needed equipment to finish the work. Owner stayed on site until work was finished.



    Seemed very knowledgeable about our type of system.



    Explained what was going to be done. Any potential additional issues that may be discovered were discussed.



    Was well aware of any areas to be avoided for fear of causing damage to existing drain field and under ground



    pipes.



    Cleaned up afterward.

  • Curt Sampson the owner of the company is dishonest.  He simply did not keep his promise and after 6 weeks of delays refused to honor his commitment.  He simply refused to do the job.  Do not use his services.

  • I have a neighbor who uses Williams' services for their utility needs, and they were highly recommended after I found a leak coming from my water heater. Once I called Williams, I was directed to the repairs lady, Melissa. She was extremely friendly and seemed genuine about wanting to help me. After taking down my information and asking me specifics about my situation, she told me her next available plumber could come fix it the next day. She offered to call me if a plumber had extra time that day to come over, which I declined (since is was a very manageable leak), but was very glad she had offered. The next day I met the plumber at my place and showed him the leak. He was happy to explain to me exactly what was leaking and how he should be able to fix it. I left it to him and after awhile a short time he had fixed the leak. He showed me what he did and offered advice on how to prevent a leak in the future. He gave me his card and told me to call anytime in case any other issues arise. I was very impressed how professional and sincere he was. He even commented on how well-behaved and beautiful my German Shepherd, Dax, was! I will be using Williams in the future for any plumbing and heating problems I have.
