    It was my first (and hopefully, my last) personal in depth experience with this hospital. Although I had no overnight stays, I had a plethora of tests over a two month period. I was pleasantly delighted with the professionalism exhibited by this facility. Of note, this hospital is rated one of the top 100 hospitals in the United States.

    I went to this practice first in 2008 for menopausal symptoms and my experience went from bad to worse. The NP's prescription for hormone replacement therapy incorrectly instructed me to take one of the medications once every two weeks instead of daily. When I checked with the NP about the error she admitted that she wasn't very good at ordering prescriptions using a computer. The NP continually confused me with another one of her patients, discussing that patient's medical history and medications instead of my own. The NP also didn't note on my mammogram orders that I had a palpable breast mass and it was only when I insisted on an ultrasound that my breast cancer was finally diagnosed in 2010. The NP's response was to get very defensive and recommend that I start taking an antidepressant. I took better advice and stopped going to this practice.

    I had to book an appoitment a few weeks out due to their full schedule, but the wait was worth it.  I had some x-rays done on my knee and then the Dr. discussed the results and showed me the x-rays.  He went through a range of motion exam and then gave me recommendations for my knee to heal.  Overall, Dr. Diebert was fantastic and if/when I need him, hopefully not any time soon, I will absolutely go back to him first.

    Dr. Busselle takes her time with each patient, and does not pretend that she knows your body better than you do. Her whole staff is professional, friendly and caring. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an GYN.

    How did it go overall? Not well: exam was rushed and terribly inadequate, ie didn't have me vocalize through problem notes, gave me a diagnosis of acid reflux and a prescription for prevacid. Told me to continue singing as usual. Very unhappy with the exam and explanation, I sought a second opinion from a trusted laryngologist on the East coast who diagnosed pre-nodules and muscle tension dysphonia, was told if I continue to sing without addressing the mtd, the pre-nodes would harden and I would likely need surgery. As far as treating singers is concerned, this guy doesn't have a clue, I wouldn't let him near my cords again with a ten foot laryngoscope.

    She is a wonderful person.  The staff is friendly but the biggest problem I have is that they take forever for paper work especially for the insurance processing and so forth; most of the time we have to wait for a very long time.

    I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. My appointment time was met. She took extra time with me to discuss my personal issues as well as my medical issues. She is a great listener and problem solver. She respected my wishes regarding treatment. I couldn't ask for more.

    He is very straightforward, and to the point. I went in there for something else, and it turned out to be a problem that needed to be fixed, and no one else told me that before other than him, so that was good. He was friendly, and he used to follow-up as to how everything went, and wanted to make sure that if I had any questions I could contact him. I called that day morning, and they were able to get me in on the same day, so the availability was good. The office environment is also good. Punctuality was the only part that was not as good, but that was because he had an emergency so that took all of his appointments later.

    Dr. Dicello consults at Allergy and Asthma Consultants of Montana. He was genuinely concerned about my health, and asked a lot of questions. They are very friendly and professional, and they worked well together. The doctor was really caring and wanted to figure out what was going on with my health. I really appreciated that.

    I was not happy that I could not meet with Dr. Robertson prior to the procedure but only with an assistant. Then when it came time to have the procedure, Dr. Robertson was annoyed with the questions I asked, then visibly got frustrated and rushed with the procedure and finally left the room with no instruction, no indication of what would happen next, nothing, just left. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
