  • Though 5 hours away from me, Kurt was located a starter, got it to his store, told me when it would arrive. Additionally his team had the time to get to me that day or the next, sooner than the other nearer places I had called. Overall, he was helpful in a very respectful way over the phone as well as in person when I arrived. He had his teammate, Gier, give me a ride to a hotel, and Gier helped me locate one that was safe and in my budget. Kurt and his team kept me informed of their progress, located and replaced the offending parts (not actually the starter though they had stocked their shelves with one just in case), and completed all relevant diagnostics to ensure I would not encounter this problem on the rest of my camping road trip. In addition he suggested a fuel tune based on the mileage and manufacturer's recommendations, which I approved. In the end, I drove out with a car that starts again, runs more smoothly than before, and a piece of paper with details of what was done,, including recommendations of what to watch for next (wipers have slight wear but not in need of replacement right now, tire alignment should be done in near future but not needed now). Most of all I drove out with no needless expense of replacing a starter when it was actually the battery terminal wires that were the problem.

  • Scheduled an appointment over the phone on February 10, 2016 for February 18th to have my truck worked on. The truck was not looked at until the 19th  at which time the estimated completion date was Monday the 22nd or I would receive a call. Monday came and went and no call. Tuesday finally received a call that the truck will be ready Wednesday the 24th.  This is after my irate spouse called Bozeman Ford, because we had been sharing a vehicle and she was over it. Received my truck Wednesday the 24th. Later that day after driving I discovered that there was still oil dripping and the locks still did not work. I called and came in Friday the 25th and sat in the waiting room almost 3 hours while these items were addressed. Bozeman Ford after all that hassle charged for the lock repair parts, but not the labor. Bozeman Ford also took $50 off the initial bill. This was real hassle, definitely not worth the small concessions they made. I am conflicted, the mechanics at Ford are good, but the pricing and scheduling are painful at best.

  • Initially I took my car to a dealership and they wanted $200 just to check my engine for the check engine light.  I was able to go to Pep Boys and get check engine light code for free and found out my Lexus RX300 had an engine thermostat issue.  I took into Fosters and they were able to fix the problem, road test and have my vehicle ready by the end of the day.  These guys are the best and they do not try to up-sell like at the dealerships.

  • They were okay.  They were very friendly.  I felt really like I was getting honest information and feedback.  There were times when you go to places like this, I would feel not sure if they are just ripping me off.  But they did their best and they were just really a good company.  I got my car on the day they said I would.  My friends who have been using them said that always have been good.

  • had a leak in our car.  took it to lang to have them check it out.   they called back and told us the problem.  they quoted us a cost of 650 dollars to fix the problem.   I felt this seemed high so I got another person to check it out.   after leaving lang they charged me 45 dollars for the diagnosis.   I'm not 100% sure if this is the standard in the industry or not.  seems odd to me.   after taking it to another shop they quoted us 400-450 dollars for the fix.  the other shop after all said and done, charged us 297.50 dollars.   less then half of the quote of lang.

  • Did the basic service, did not top up all fluids as advertised.  The coolant was still low, the one fluid that requires Toyota's special formula.  The service was quick enough.  My dissatisfaction really stems from trying to be sold on upgrades in response to my concerns regarding my new vehicle.  I generally find the people at Ressler to be arrogant and patronizing.  I won't be shopping there again and if I am looking to buy another Toyota I will go outside of the valley.

  • Vehicle was due for coolant replacement and oil change.  Car was dropped off in a.m. and was ready that afternoon.  Upon pickup, Bob explained everything that was done to the vehicle, and I was on my way.  Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great service, and a great price -- can't ask for much more in a repair shop!

  • They gave me an estimate that included replacing the radiator, the water pump, and the timing belts, for over $1200! They charged me a diagnostic fee of $65, which they said I would get back as a credit when I got the repairs done. I asked why so many things and why so much money. They charge $120/hour for service! That's nearly double what all other mechanics in this town charge. I decided to NOT let them fix my car, because I felt they were gouging me. So I'll never get my $65 back, which I feel was a stupidity charge for taking my car there to begin with.

  • He didn't listen to me when I said I didn't want car payments, and that I wanted $X for my used car. He showed me vehicles WAAAY out of my price range. Then he had me drive a car that had and quot;just arrived on trade inand quot; that just happened to be exactly what I wanted for my used car. How convenient. However, the vehicle was priced double what it should have been, and he said it was on sale. Billion's website listed the car for much less than the salesman quoted. I got the feeling I was dealing with a and quot;typicaland quot; used car salesman. Will not go back, nor will I recommend Billion to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

  • Used car salesman didn't listen to me when I said I didn't want car payments. He showed me vehicles waaaay out of my range, and one that just happened to cost exactly what I hoped to get from my trade-in. Hmmm...That car was $5,000 over book, and it was supposed to be on sale. Got a big s***** vibe from the salesman. Will not go back, and will advise friends to avoid the place, too.
