    Service was excellent. The replaced part built up ice around it after the initial service, which resulted in a leak again. When notified they promptly returned and serviced the freezer. We haven't had a problem since. Will be using them in the future.

    The last visit on Thursday the 4th of December 2014, the display area and right portion of an almost brand new (2013) upgraded gas range had been damaged by tenants. 
    I contacted Brittnie (sp?) at Ducello's and provided the model number.  To save a trip, she asked if I would take a picture on my cell phone and send to her so they could replace the part without a visit, which saved me money.  She ordered the parts which were difficult to find and back ordered.  She also knew the repair had to be made within 30 days of the tenant moving out (per Montana Law).  It took almost 30 days for this part to arrive (extremely rare...).  When the part arrived, she had Brent come out and replace it.
    I don't believe any other appliance repair shop would care about a schedule we needed to keep (law-security deposit), but they did and worked hard to make sure the repair happened.
    Ducello's have repaired washers and dryers, stoves, refrigerators for us and always treated us reasonably.  I was telling the girls at American Bank about how wonderful Ducello's was when I was in the bank yesterday.  One of the ladies said her mother (who recently passed) wouldn't allow any other appliance repair people in her home, and she lived in ENNIS, MT.  That's a little bit of a drive. 
    I am grateful that we still have small and professional businesses in the Gallatin Valley that we can truly count on and actually build relationships with.  This business treats its customer's the way businesses here did 100 years ago.  They care about the customer!  Things have changed in the Gallatin Valley and it's a relief to know we still have businesses like this to provide good, Old Fashioned Service.

    I called Bob and left a message. He promptly called me back. I told him the problem over the phone. He was pretty sure what was wrong and told me he could be at my house in 10 to 15 minutes, and he was right on time! He was right about what was wrong on had the part in his truck. He quickly defrosted the freezer fixed the part and had it working smoothly in less then 30 minutes. He answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. Same day service at a fair price. I would recommend him and use him in the future.

    I dropped the dryer down the stairs while we were moving into our new rental. We eventually got it up the stairs and plugged in and everything, however the front electric panel would not work. I knew there was power going to the dryer because the light on the inside would come on when the door was opened, so it was most likely the front panel was broken. I called Jonny's and they were able to come out within the next week. The women that I talked to on the phone was very nice and polite. The technician came out and fixed it within a few minutes. Easy!

    I described the problem to Jonnys by phone suggesting that it might be the ignitor. Scheduled an appt within two days. Sean, the repairmen was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He brought an ignitor with him (saved a return visit) and the oven was fixed in 30 minutes. He also adjusted the stay low burners so they work better. we were very satisfied with Jonnys. We've used then before and highly recommend them.

    I contacted Jonny's and left a message over the weekend and they called me on Monday. They arranged for someone to come by to look at the washer that same day. The repair man showed up during the scheduled time and was in and out (having repaired the washer) in less than an hour. He was polite. cleaned up after himself, and fixed the problem. He also offered my husband advice about how we might avoid this problem and keep our front load washer cleaner in the future.

    When I called B and B to ask about pricing and schedule an appointment the lady who answered was a bit curt at first. The man who came out was nice enough but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which bothered me as I have a toddler and was pregnant myself. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave an accurate estimate for repairs. We scheduled a time for him to come back once parts were ordered. He didn't show up at the scheduled time and when I called to find out what had happened, the same abrupt office manager that I spoke with before gave me the technicians cell number. I thought it odd that she wouldn't just call him herself. Turns out the technician misunderstood the appointment time and would come over layer in the afternoon. I has specifically scheduled the time before my toddlers nap so that the sounds of him working wouldn't wake her. Turns out he came during nap time anyway. It only took him about 15-20 to put in the new part for my dryer and he was on his way. The end cost was exactly as he had quoted.

    They do terrific. My stove was shot; there was nothing they could do for it, but they didn’t string me along. They were totally straight up about it. They showed up on time and they gave me good advice on what kind of stove to look for to replace it with. They were really professional and efficient.

    Repair and service was acceptable. However, Mr. Whitmer was very misleading in his quote for the job. We requested a quote for the entire job, yet the quote he initially provided ($210) was, he subsequently claimed, just for the first part of the job. Thus we had to pay an additional $91 to complete the work. Since we obviously wanted a quote for the total job in order to decide whether to do the repair, this was very misleading and unprofessional. I would not use this service again.
