  • Mr. Elser is an annuity salesman. It may be worthwhile to have a portion of your retirement in this investment vehicle but you will pay a premium to him for it. He will receive quarterly payments for maintaining some accounts (401 K) but do absolutely nothing to them (no active change in what money was invested in for 5 years, lots left in cash). He does a hard sell on guaranteed annuities that under perform the market but do provide sure income in retirement. He also does a hard sell on transferring your non retirement investment accounts into the annuity products he pushes. He is typically late for morning appointments or his secretary has to call to remind him of an appointment. My final grievance - I received a check for $200 for a class action lawsuit settled against a company that was part of my 401K portfolio. Since it was part of a retirement fund, I took it to his office to get it re-invested into the 401K account. When I returned to his office for a financial check up about 6 months later, the check was in my paperwork and now worthless since it had expired after 90 days. While that is not a lot of money, it was my money that was lost. He was couldn't care less about it. No apology.

  • Will not stand behind agreement made on paper for repairs and replacement phone. Have taken months and still have not provided a phone. They are untruthful in their repairs and parts put into and out of phones. When asked to refund because they can not produce a phone they said no, and will not set a date to provide a phone or a refund to complete transaction.

  • Terribly. No paper contract. Was told in person it would cost around $600. $1650 later won't answer our calls and our business does not come up in any searches at all. It's killing us, and we're going to have to do it ourselves at this point.

  • The company itself is a “C” on price.  The overall service is good.  They were here when they said they will be.  The technician has always been punctual, professional and knowledgeable.

  • We didn't have to pay for it, it was their problem. We have had to call them quite a bit. Our internet went down and they came out and got it working. The service was OK. They wanted me to do a bunch of stuff and it goes out a lot. We pay a lot for the high speed. He prompt and responsive. He left the area looking fine. I don't know why I have as much trouble as I do. we have no choice but to use them.

  • I have been going to Rachel for over 20 years and I have followed her to every salon she has worked in, which is why the price I pay is so low.  I don't know what she charges new clients.  She has her own salon now.  Rachel is an awesome hairdresser and I don't know what I would do should she ever decide to close her salon.  She cuts your hair exactly the way you want it or if you are in the mood for a change she will make suggestions to help you pick a new style.   She lets you know if she sees any issues with the condition of your hair and can make suggestions to rectify any problem you may be having.  She has a great personality and is a pleasure to be around.

  • They are knowledgeable, prompt, professional and reasonable. I have purchased lap tops and scanners from them. If they are unable to resolve an issue remotely someone is promptly dispatched to my office. Without a doubt the best customer service I have experienced.

  • The physical facility is adequate and the machines are kept in good repair.  The problem is with Deeana (sp?), the Acting Manager.  She delayed the start of my laundry by 30 minutes by refusing to remove Gorham Park laundry from a machine which had finished.  She was brusque, sarcastic, and recalcitrant to the point of being impossible to deal with.  She has an abysmal work ethic and for the last several months has been reluctant or refused to perform even the most basic tasks (such as providing change) consistent with her duties.  When challenged, she demands that the customer:  "take their business somewhere else."  The matter was discussed with the owner with indeterminate results.  There are a plethora of other coin-op laundries and I recommend that potential customers join me in following her advice and patronize another facility.

  • It was good. She is quick and very friendly. They have a warm place to go. I just needed a trim, and they had trimmed way too much up many times when I went in. She listened to what I was requesting and then kept reconfirming that it was appropriate.

  • Everyone at Elite Salon & Day Spa is very friendly and fairly inexpensive. Other places I've been to have cut my bangs too short, but they never do. They always listen to what I want. It's perfect. There's two girls there that I really like. I go to either of them the same time. I've been seeing them for about ten years and I go about every six weeks.
