  I had many questions regarding moving arrangement since this was my very first move from California to Montana. Tammy from GPS Moving was very much patient and friendly to answer all sorts of questions. She told us about every detail from the quotation to end of delivery. She told us the arrival window might be from 8.00 am to 8.30am but the movers showed up 10 minutes earlier to 8.00am. It was indeed a good start. They were very meticulous in packing my every house hold items. Upon delivery all of my items arrived in one piece. I am grateful to GPS Moving for making my first move so smooth.

  Guys were friendly, extremely hard working all the while being careful not to damage doorways or the materials being moved. It was a rainy day so the guys laid down moving pads on the carpet so no mud was carried in. Great friendly service.

  They showed up early and there were two very young men and they apparently were very inexperienced.  They told me the truck was packed and there was at least 1/3 of my belongings still in the house.  When I told them they left that much in the house they had to unpack and repack the truck, thus costing me more time and money. 

  They put a 55 inch LED television leaning against the wall of the truck sitting on the floor of the truck.  Electronics should not be moved where they will receive a lot of vibration.  The worst of it all is they packed my bedroom suite without covering it with the blankets that were provided and thus the headboard, dresser and night stand were destroyed by deep cuts and even broke the bottom

   of the dresser. 

  When I called the owner he assured me he would submit a claim to his insurance company.  I sent pictures and wrote an email and didn't hear back for 5 days so I called him only to hear that he doesn't feel responsible for his packers that they were only helpers and he doesn't have to pay nor will he submit a claim.  He blamed the damage on the driver of the vehicle because it was so badly packed that things were everywhere when the truck door was opened.  If it had been packed properly then there may have been some movement during travel but nothing to indicate this kind of damage.

  Baker Transfer & Storage- Allied Van Lines

  The rep came to my home and did an extensive walk through and catalogining of items to be moved.  He was very helpful and answered all questions and has been available for further questions and advice for packing.  The office is very organized and all the staff friendly and helpful.  The move is scheduled for June 2013.

  I. Brad was always very courteous and apologetic when nothing worked out. (He was even nice when I was yelling at him over the phone)

  2. It was someone in a higher position who had the money withdrawn from my account to cover the cash that was unaccounted for.3. I went to my bank and we have since filed a 'Non-Fraud Cardholder Dispute Form' and the bank deposited the $329.95 into my account until they get the money back from U-Haul.4. The whole thing was an absolute nightmare. 5. They ruined my camping trip; they stole my money; when they couldn't find it, they took more money out of my account to cover the amount that someone stole. So now I have no hitch, and I'm $320.95 in the hole! That pretty much sums up how it went overall.

  This was a difficult situation for Aaron's. They handled it incredibly well (I don't see any way they could have handled it better). They were incredibly professional, and did not get involved in an inflammatory situation. On top of pulling off the move incredibly well, they did it fast as well. I thought it would take at least 4 hours to pickup everything, and they did it in half that time.They treated all the possessions very carefully and nothing was damaged or broken by them. I used Aarrons because my sister had a great experience with them and I would NOT hesitate to recommend them as well.

  They were moving some of our stuff and the truck caught on fore before they finished loading it. They got another truck and the next day completed loading which was fine. Except, The stuff that was on the truck that burned was going to be salvaging some of it. This happened in March and it took them until May before they could salvage stuff. They kept putting us off and putting us off with our stuff. And we got it, it was intersting. They sent us back a popcorn popper that was brand new. They neglected to send us the top of the glass popper. The glass top would never have been burned. They sent us a lot of items like this. It took them too long, and all the promises that we were going to get stuff grew tiresome. I also had some bottles of wine and liqior that were gone. Glas or metallic should have survived. We only got part of it. I'm not sure what happened, but I wish I could have been there.
