Other than the visit I got a bill for an ankle brace that they charged around $140.  I know I could have asked how much it would be but the exact same ankle brace costs up to $45 anywhere else. When I called to ask for an explanation they said something about the brace being certified or approve for medical use. When I said it would have been nice if someone had mention the ankle brace would be marked up over 300 percent the person in billing made the very helpful suggestion that next time I could ask how much things cost. I felt that was quite condescending and a simple apology for the unpleasant experience would have been much more appropriate as I am the customer.    Anyhow, I can't say I would go back.

Dr Fuller and his staff are always friendly and willing to help.  They are non-condescending and will give you the straight forward answers you want rather than the run around.  He does not preach you healthy habits rather he gives you the information you need when you need it (right away) and doesn't beat around the bush which I like.  He treats you like the adult you are and doesn't go on and on about stuff that you already know is wrong.  He works on the problem you showed up for and solves it.  If you want additional help with other problems he will be more than willing to help but he doesn't  chase you down for stuff that you didn't make an appointment for. He is always helpful and pleasant and has taken care of my variety of issues timely and without any unnecessary run around.  If he needs additional tests, he will let you know the reasons why and also doesn't make you go for unnecessary tests.  I would recommend him to anyone. He is thorough, friendly, very intelligent, and his office and office staff relaxing and stress free.

The office is nice and quiet and I never had to wait too long to be seen.  They always have someone on call for questions and if they did not answer right away they got back to me quickly.   I didn't feel rushed during appointments and had plenty of time to discuss issues/concerns. The staff was very pleasant and overall we had a very good experience.
When I delivered at St. Vincent Karina Robbins was the provider that deliver our baby. Karina did a great job and was just kind of in the background while my husband was with me during labor.  While I was delivering she made suggestions when needed but was never overbearing which I appreciated. I  don't think she works there any longer but I have heard Laura Waylander did a great job with delivering a friend's two babies on separate occasions.
I will say since the midwives  deliver the babies in the hospital sometimes you get the nursing staff at the hospital wanting to do things their way so if you want something a certain way writing a birth plan is not enough.  I recommend having someone (ie spouse, doula, mother...) there that can advocate what you want for your birth experience.  I don't think most of the staff intentionally go against what you want but they get used to doing things a certain way and don't always consider/ask what the mother wants.
My specific things that didn't go accordingly were delayed cord clamping and skin-to-skin immediately after birth. Also, they did not ask me what position I wanted to birth in they just assumed semi-reclined was ok. As a fist time mom it would have been nice if they would have asked me what I wanted. Maybe for the delayed cord clamping they were concerned about our baby or me after but they did not say anything they just kind of cut the cord and took him over to the warming table. Overall, everything still went well and the nursing staff was pleasant.

I'm a retired Railroad employee and the Doctor I was seeing left town and we had to find another Doctor.  After looking around we decided on Dr. Brad Fuller at Fuller Family Medicine and I'm glad i did.
The physical went well, they have a lab on sight so he was able to adjust and preform the blood tests we felt needed to be done.
I have been having pain issues with my lower back and he did X-rays (which is done off site at various locations of your choice) which did indicate a problem with my back.  He then set up a MRI which I did, off site also.  It showed a defect in my lower spine that needed further evaluation by a back specialist.  He set up that appointment also.  He also found a spot on my right kidney and set up and Ultra Sound to check it out, came back negative all ok...
I just had a spinal block steroid injection in my back and it is helping some, but it's only been 7 days.
I would highly recommend Fuller Family Medicine...

She is very good. I will go to her for everything and then she will give me a referral if I need it. She is knowledgeable and listens. She is very thorough and her staff is very nice. I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes. I have been going to her for three years. She is on top of things, and she pays attention. Sometimes its a little difficult to get in because she has a lot of patients. I will continue to use her.

Excellent persons. They have two doctors for Cardiology and Internal Medicine. We like them both. They are very good doctors. They are a very great stand out. For all modalities, for the internal Medicine too. They don't really have a very good computer system. They are sitting together, talking each other, and when we go upstairs, they will be asking the same questions they have already asked before. We like them to make a change. Sometimes, it is very hard to get to the doctor, otherwise you have an emergency situation.

Fabulous service every visit! Front staff got me through the paperwork pile quickly (they were even training a new staff member and it was quick). No long wait to be seen. Thorough exam and detailed questions. Listened to my concerns. FABULOUS as always!!

Some of their doctors have gotten national attention. I have not gone recently to dermatology however the doctor I was going to, Dr. Gail Kleman, she is kind of really hard to get into and you have to really have kind of a standing appointment for her. I think her practice has grown from when I first went there years ago. Due to increase of patients there tends to be not as much time given. She is really good, excellent as a doctor. She knows her stuff. On the other hand if I need immediate care I just go to their walk-in clinic. There is a doctor at Billings Clinic, Dr. Charles Wittnam, whom I was very very pleased with. He, for me is excellent. He was thorough, not rushed, and answered all my questions, just like an old fashioned doctor that really cares to give you feedback. The billing at Billings Clinic is the worst; it is horrible. I do not understand their billing, how they apply it. Their office environment is great.

My assistant was great! She took care in telling me what area she was going to be working on (cuz my eyes were closed).
She was aware that the injections would hurt so she asked it I was okay with each shot.
The only disappointment I had was that the Botox treatment I took only worked for 3 days. No one could tell me why that the treatment did not work on my face.
The only dissatisfaction I had was that while sitting in the waiting room I overheard the receptionist and assistant talking and for the same treatment, there were three different costs. One person came in and paid $ 11.00 for 7 units. The next person paid
$ 9.00 for 7 units , and then I was charged $10.00 for 7 units. So just research the prices before you arrive and negotiate your price.
I would go back.. but this time I would be prepared to negotiate.

I have profound hearing loss in my left ear. The hearing loss in my right ear is less severe, but I am not able to hear several of the high frequency sounds. I am hearing much better now with the aids I chose. I took a risk and got behind the ear aids, which is not what I originally planned to do, but I am very satisfied with them. Rehder helped me decide, without any pressure. They provided the facts and are knowledgable. One reason I chose the behind the ear is that I have small ear channels, eliminating some options for the total in-the-ear options. Rehder also helped me look at the long term situation, in which my hearing will likely deteriorate more and the behind the ear offered some expandability. I also think wi-fi capability will offer more as technology evolves and I chose aids with some wi fi capability.
Hearing loss is a handicap, and overall, I am very satisfied with Rehder in all aspects. They offer good service, focus on my needs, accurate and responsive billing, technical knowledge, terms which offer a trial and I can change to in the ear within the trial period if I want to. This offered me the opportunity to try something new, which I think I will ultimately be very satisfied with, but the outcome could have been different. The explanation around what makes the different in hearing aids (electronics) and the safety net helped.
