• Very happy with our fence and the work done. We have a fairly large back yard. All of our questions about materials and warranty were answered by the estimator and we felt very comfortable with the entire process. The crew installing our fence was very courteous and professional. The fence looks awesome and we would definitely recommend them!!

• Nestor, the owner, meet with my husband and I to make a plan. He prompt have us a quote and a time frame for the project. We put half down to get started. His employees were friendly and hard working. Nestor was there throughout the project to make sure everything was going to plan and he made changes and additions that I requested without hesitation. The project was done the time frame allotted. I would recommend them to anyone. Great people, great service, great product.

• It was a 3 day job. But in the end it turned out perfect. Day one, dig posts and set them into the concrete. Day two cut pieces and start hanging. Day three finished hanging fence and installed gates. Final touches and clean up. In the end I couldn't be happier with our fence. Very sturdy and beautiful. I've had a few people compliment it and a few others ask who did it. I take that as a very good sign.

• I wanted a double chain link gate across my driveway to keep my dogs in
  the yard. I phoned another company and talked with them and then
  nothing. Waited two weeks and then went searching on Angie's List and
  found good reviews for Grand Fence Company and decided to phone them.
  They had a bid out to me the next day and we set the gate
  installation for Monday, Nov. 11th. Came home yesterday Friday, Nov. 8th and found the
  new gate getting installed before the weekend. Was very happy and
  satisfied with the results. Would most definitely use this company

• Grand Fence provided separate bids for each section to facilitate working with neighbors to share costs. Bids were substantially less than those of another well known fencing co which linked 2 bids so that unit cost for 2 sections less than for just 1 section.
  Grand Fence came a week earlier than originally planned. All work done by 1 worker who removed old fence, set new posts and built fence. Total time -- 1 week.
  Invoice exactly matched bids.

• Responded to initial call promptly. Provided an estimate within 2 days. Estimate covered all work and was lowest. Cheerfully modified the estimate to reflect changing plans. Showed up to perform work when scheduled. We weren't ready for them, so they rescheduled. Showed up promptly at the scheduled time. Installed the fence quickly and professionally. Installed fence exactly as planned and agreed upon. Very good customer serice in person and on phone. Will definitely use again.

  I'm not necessarilly saying they're a bad company, but this first impression sure left a bad taste in our mouths. They were professional and responsive on the phone. I told them I would not likely be home, but that they were ok to come at the scheduled time that worked for them, and gave them details on what we were looking for.
  This could have been a scheduling error or many other things, but as it is, we definitely would not request work from someone who doesn't even show up for the estimate.
