Drain Cleaning reviews in Billings

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • The home with the cracked sewer line was built in 1935 and the sewer line and clean out were made of cast iron. For some reason the cast iron pipe cracked about one foot above the basement floor, right where the sewer exits the house. The concrete floor in the basement had to be jackhammered out to replace the cracked sewer line. Bill, the plumber assigned the task, did an outstanding job in, what I felt, was a minimal amount of time. To say I was impressed with the skill of this plumber, would be an understatement. Great job at a reasonable price. A floor drain was also cleaned, two days earlier, by a technician named Roland, who also did a great job.

  • Wonderful job. Cameron was on time for the appointment, quick and efficient. Has the equipment to get the job done. I have used Cameron (Sewer Pro) several times, and he has never failed me. Once, the line became obstructed shortly after cleaning and he showed up and cleaned it out again at no charge. My house is hard to work on as it is over 100 years old, so I appreciate someone willing to give it the time and effort needed. His prices are lower than any I have found. I highly recommend.

  • No issue with quality or speed of work. Issue was with the cost of the work. Charged over two times what you could get the garbage disposal unit for the unit itself. Charged $168 for exact unit that cost $86 on amazon. Then charged another $160 for $160 for installation (I had ordered the unit but forgot to tell my wife). They knew about the cost difference but expressed no remorse. Will not use them again.

  • I tried them on a whim since my usual vendor was overbooked. This work was done on one of my rental units. Plumber mentioned that he "has different beliefs and doesn't approve of" our tenants. He won't have to worry about that anymore.

  • scheduled for 8:30 called at 9:00 to say they would be another 20 minutes got here at 9:35.
Two guys came in did something under the sink, came out and said they broke one washer but that all the washers needed to be replaced asked if I wanted them to do that I agreed then they said they had to go get washers,
Returned in about 15 minutes did more of something under the sink came out and said they'd go work out the bill. Went to truck came back in 10 minutes later with a bill of $150.00+. The guy said they snaked it as far as they could and if I had more trouble to call them.
The drain ran OK Monday afternoon and Tuesday, started to slow on Wednesday, and was back to needing plunged on Thursday.
The employees were not rude or offensive in anyway.
I don't have confidence in the company to call them to work on the plumbing again because they were an hour late, needed two guys, and had to go get washers which seem to me a pretty standard item for a plumber to have in the truck.

  • He was punctual, and very professional.  Explained everything he was doing and when conventional therapies didn't work, he went back to get a special washer machine to open the line up.  I'm not up on the price comparisons for work so, I don't know if the price was good or bad, but I was satisfied.  The only gripe: he kept wearing his wet boots through the house (there was work in the kitchen and the garage access to the line) and I needed to clean the kitchen floors after he left, but that's minor in comparison to the overall experience.

  • It was really good. I thought that they did a good job, prices were reasonable. The guy was really polite and did his job well and it worked out good. They were kind of busy but they did eventually make it out.

  • It went very well. The first plumber I called would not listen to the details of what I wanted to get done or give me even a ballpark estimate of the cost. Also, they could not do the job on the day I called. I got the idea that they were wanting to make a mountain of a mole hill because they first wanted to scope the line, etc. to decide what should be done, and of course call for the house call. I decided to call someone else even though they had a good rating on this list.
The call to Drainmaster was quite different even though I was reluctant to call because they were not located close to me. The person I talked to listened to what I wanted to communicate and immediately gave me cost estimate for the job. Although I was concerned about getting it done that day, he said and quot;no problemand quot; as he had a technician doing a job fairly near my house and he should be able to get him over here in a couple of hours. In just about that amount of time the technician called and was here 15 minutes later. He did the job as requested, effectively, in a short amount of time and for the amount that was estimated in my phone call to his office. It was an all-around good experience for me.

  • The person who answered the phone to schedule appointments was either unqualified, untrained or directed not to listen to information available about what needed to be done or to give any kind of a non-binding cost estimate for the work, in this case simply roto-rooting a drain line from an easily accessible clean-out access, that was being requested.  Instead there was a song and dance about professionalism and the operator first sending a scope scope down the line to assess the problem and then offering information on what needed to be done and cost.  She also said that the driver/operator had the books with cost information, etc. and she could not provide any information at all about cost.  My feeling was that this is a company who was looking to make a mountain out of molehill.  The next company I called was listened to what I wanted to explain, provided a cost estimate, and was able to come out today rather than later in the week.

  • They came back 3 or 4 times trying every thing every one could think of to get the old toilet to work and only charged the initial $150 service call and the $150 to install the $750 toilet and I checked on line the cheapest that I could find the toilet was home depot only $100 less and they couldn't get iy in for @ least a couple of weeks. They were all very courteous and professional. We will definitely use them again.
