    Everything went great. Pain free dental care with the use of the most latest technology including laser dentistry and imaging. As I have an issue called dental phobia, Dr. Micheal Stuart and his staff are amazing at keeping me comfortable and is the best I have ever encountered of being pain free with his unique techniques.

    This was simply the biggest nightmare.  My regular Dentist came in for a few minutes and did a brief exam.  Then they did the old switcheroo and had another dentist come in to do the work.  I have heard that this is inappropriate.    EXTREME pain after the anesthesia wore off.  Had to stop, pull over and take pain meds to drive home.  Full blown tooth (nerve) pain.  Had an emergency apt 3 days later so another dentist at Brewer Dental Center could take a look at the tooth.  He said that the filling was too close too the nerve and I would probably have to have a root canal to kill the nerve - soon or later. When he gave me an injection in my mouth tears ran down my face from the relief of the pain.  After 3 more days I had another appointment where the Dentist proclaimed what a fine filling it was.  Then he said he thought the problem might be that the tooth was hitting too **** ** opposing teeth. So he gave me a shot and quickly began grinding down the tooth and then GRINDING DOWN THE OPPOSING TEETH.  These teeth were perfectly fine.  He started grinding before I was even slightly numb and didn't check if I was numb.  The numbness started kicking in once I had left the office.  This "tooth grinding" did not help and I was still in excruciating pain for the next several days.  I then scheduled to have a root canal with my regular dentist and NO ONE ELSE.  Brewer Dental center cancelled that appointment and it was difficult getting another appointment that would work with my schedule so I decided to go to another dental office.  Once I went to the new dental office, we had to pull the tooth.  It was discovered that the filling that the dentist did at Brewer had blood contamination under it and the tooth was no longer viable.  I am currently asking Brewer Dental Center to pay for an implant to be performed at the new dental office.

    He is the best dentist that I have ever been too. He does the shot without pain. He doesn't give me the shot and leave the room. He is very thorough and he caught some things that other dentist didn't. The staff is awesome. If I'm in pain, he will get me in right away. I may have to book out a regular appointment a few weeks out. He is a little pricey but worth it. I will continue to see him.

    I and my family have been going to Dr. Patterson for years now. We are very happy with him and his staff of hygienists. They have accommodated our young children very well, and have put the children at ease with a trip to the dentist. Very happy with the billing end of things. They work with you on scheduling and re-scheduling if need be. I have not spent more than 5 minutes in the waiting room ever. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

    It went very well. My hygienist Chanel was great and Dr. Blackford was wonderful as always. I'm not sure how I feel about some of their new changes with becoming Yellowstone Family Dental though.

    He knows of my fear of tooth pain and ensures that I am properly numbed up before he proceeds.  He and his staff are real friendly and outgoing and I no longer dread going to the dentist!

    The office staff was very nice and very friendly. The provider has up to date office equipment, and he is very, very nice. Whenever you find a young dentist who is very nice, you don't mind going to the appointment.

    They got me scheduled for the same day (cancellation?). When I arrived, I found the place of business to be nice and clean and the office help was friendly. I had to wait about 10 minutes past my appointment time (no problem).
    Robert, one of the hygienists retrieved me from the waiting room and began by confirming a couple of items I had listed on the new patient paperwork. He then asked if I wanted X-rays, I confirmed this and he proceeded to take them.
    After the X-rays, Robert did what I thought to be a good cleaning while making good small talk, some pertaining to oral health, some not. I was pleased with the work he performed.
    Next, Dr. Patterson came in and introduced himself as Jim and asked a few questions about my oral health (he obviously had looked at the aforementioned questionnaire) and started the exam. While he was examining me he glanced at the x-rays a couple of times, as if to confirm something he saw. In short he seemed focused and conscientious. He then conversed with me a little about a minor tooth problem I had mentioned earlier, reminded me that he could help if the problem got worse and pronounced my teeth in good shape. I was satisfied with his performance.
    I next paid my bill, which seemed to be reasonable, but had to ask for an itemized list of services.
    I will be using this provider again.

    They have a friendly staff. I discovered them through my insurance. I have been going there for about five to six years. The doctor is very sweet. I think his mannerism, he's very calm, very quiet and he explains exactly what he is doing. He is able to help you to know what to expect. If he knows it's going to hurt, he will warn you a little bit so you can get prepared. They are very down to earth professional and friendly staff.

    My husband and I both saw Dr. Townsend. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Townsend filed some sharp corners off my front teeth which made eating much nicer. I had been biting my lip, and I don't do that any more. We are to go in for another cleaning next month, but are finding that our insurance is not agreeable. I will hate it if I have to change dentists.
