  • Horrible. First time Took van in because they were weak. They replaced front brake pads and adjusted rear brakes. Rear brakes dragged without a foot on the brake, wheels got very hot. My wife took my grandchildren out and while backing out of a parking space NO BRAKES! Took it back and we told them we thought the master cylinder was bad. After giving US a hard time they agreed to split the cost for the master cylinder and when we got it back, the back brakes were bound up again. Their brake man doesn't know what he is doing which makes him very dangerous. He obviously didn't even take the van for a test drive after the first brake job.

  • Willard's Garage in Billings put new links on my sway bar and fixed my air conditioner motor for $405.22, but now I can't drive the Ford Explorer at all. The tire on the driver's front side is loose and wobbly. My battery was also run down and my car was left in the parking lot next to them unlocked. Willard's said that my car was having new problems because it was old and had a lot of miles on it. Then they told me that by fixing the sway bar links it caused the car to be worse than when I brought it in. He was rude and even made me cry. He asked if I wanted him to take the links off and give me the $38.84 back for the part. I want to be able to drive my vehicle like I could before they worked on it. He even said, "Well at least the air works, right"...if I can't drive the vehicle, it does not matter if the air works or not. If I had been a man, they would have never spoke to me in such a condescending manner simply because I asked them to fix what they had obviously failed to do correctly in the first place. Willard's was very kind and accommodating until I handed them $405.22 in cash and asked them to fix their mistakes. These are not honest people.

  • Body work was excellent. Some tail lights were burned out when I got the vehicle back. I was pretty sure that they were working when I took it in so I took it back and asked them to fix the lights. Which they did at no charge which I think was fair.

  • They were adequate. We discussed the cost with them.  They did what we expected.  We have not had any complaints with their quality.  If you have a Chrysler product, it would be good to work with them.

  • I found Midsommar Services while searching the web and decided to submit a quote request on their website. I got a response within ten
minutes which was amazing. The quote was a fair price from what I've heard from friends and family that shipped their cars in the past.

I was helped by Nofar, who was very professional, she was very responsive and was able to answer all of my questions. The original quote did not change and no hidden fees were added.

Nofar kept me in the loop and explained the whole process very well. The car was picked up within the 5 day window she gave me originally and was delivered to me as expected and without any damage.

The driver kept me in the loop as well as he was getting closer to delivery he called 2 days in advance 1 day in advance and called 2
hours prior to arrival . My experience has been very positive and I would not hesitate to use this company again!

  • The service is pretty good.  They did what I needed them to do as a basic service.  It was one of the higher pricing.  The thing that stands out most is it's simple.  I have gone there for a few years.

  • He went through the car, told us the condition of everything, made a recommendation of what should be addressed now and what to keep an eye on for the future. All in all this outfit is fair, honest and does excellent work.

  • To be honest, my husband dealt with them initially (dropping it off, talking to them about repairs, etc.) but I was the one who picked it up after it was repaired. My first issue is that they told my husband that there was an issue with the engine block that would cost around $600. I told my husband to talk to one of the mechanics I knew personally and according to him, the repairs were purely cosmetic. We decided not to have this particular issue fixed. Because of the holiday weekend and being generally buys, it sat for a few days after we were told it was ready. When I did pick it up, it took quite a while for them to bring the car around. The lady didn't say anything about why it took so long. Since I work fairly close to the shop, it was a short (5-10 minute) drive to work. I turned off the car and then quickly turned the key (without turning the ignition) to close the sun roof and realized the battery was dead.

  • The oil change itself was actually good and professional -- the concern that I have for this Company is that the "complimentary" 168 point checkup that comes with all oil changes is a way to pinpoint new business that is not as important as they indicate. I have routinely had my oil changed there, but each time the 168 point checkup is made there is never a time when something major to mid-major is not found. They give a cost estimate and I compare with another mechanic shop and the price given by Precision Auto is always 15 to 20% higher. Also when I have had work done elsewhere and have asked that establishment to look at something that was recommended 9 times out of 10 it is not needed at that time although would be something to look at many miles down the road. I have now reached the decision not to return. I will do a review of the other mechanic also.

  • The job went great. He was very professional. He offered me options on various ways to correct the problem, like new versus rebuilt versus leaving it as it is, and explained it in terms that were understandable. He told me, being a female, on what would happen if I didn’t replace it versus what if I just left it. I guess the best recommendations were the best ways to correct the problem. I brought my car in because we use him and I just went in even if I didn’t have an appointment. He told me that my husband had got an account if I needed to get it fixed right away. He came out and started my car and told me what was going on and what I should do. He told me that I didn’t need to get it fixed right that minute, but with the warm weather, starters don’t function properly if they are hot and I would have a difficult time starting it. He told me what his recommendation would be, and so I went with his recommendation.
