Today February 2018 still highly unsatisfied with product and installation! Since now i have the curtains on the floor with the custom rod. Curtains were 1,185.00 Rod and finials were 649.99. Highly expensive for terrible merchandise and installation.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I purchased on June 2017, a custom curtain rod, Finials and curtains. First set of curtains came with runs in them, second set they offered came in with a huge run and a BLOOD stain from the owner who put them up and thought we were going to overlook the BLOOD STAIN. After calling and speaking with Lori she returned our money for the curtains only. TWO weeks later l we woke up to a Large crashing sound and discovered the custom curtain rod and finials had fallen off the wall because of improper installation process.
