AService Pro PaintingEXCELLENT JOB!!!!! Had NO worries about them showing up, Professional Job Done......I am very happy I was able to find this company with a reasonable price. I called four other companies on Angie's List and one call me back, one took a week and a half to contact me and provide an estimate and one didn't call me back at all. Service Pro called; provided an estimate and a start time. They power washed, caulked and painted the house....they noticed where some boards needed to be replaced, they call me showed me the pictures, allowed me to buy the replacement wood and repaired the damage. Although this was minimal repair, when you are out of town and are depending on a contractor.....you need this trust. At this time they are doing some work for other people that I have recommended them too. If you select them....I would be VERY surprised if you were not happy with the final product.- Rosa H.

AMitchell's House WashingMitchell's cleans our house approximately every 6-8 months. He does an excellent job and the house sparkes when he is done. We have a 2-story house that could be considered 3-stories with the back elevation. In addition, we have a large deck with patio furniture. Both the house and the deck look fantastic. He is reliable, consistent, and competitively priced. Do not hesitate to hire this company! Update: I didn't realize I had already rated this company. ATheir name says "pressure washing" but they also do landscaping. I have a small hill in the back yard that had slowly eroded and affected the drainage of rain water toward the street. Mr Fowler scraped the yard with a tractor and provided a proper slope for drainage, then laid sod on the bare soil. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and for a reasonable price. I would hire him again and I recommend him if you have similar issues in your yard.
