  Excellent, made an appointment and the dogs were ready within a hour and a half. They were not kept in a cage and we're allowed to roam and play with the other dogs.

  We really like them. We have used them several times now. They do doggie daycare during the day. They let our dogs out to play. They have a big gym area. They separate the small dogs from the big dogs and let them play altogether throughout the day. Then for night time, they will put them in sleeping kennels. They treat them real good. They take really good care of them. The dogs love it. We have been happy. It's reasonably priced. So we have used them every time we've been out of town for the past couple of years. We are going to go out of town in February. We are going to use them in February. With regard to price, they give us a discount for each dog. I think it's $15 a day for the first dog, then the second dog is $10 and the third dog is $8. So if we have got more than one, we get progressive discounts. The last time we used them, we were gone for ten days. The price was $380 for three dogs. We can groom our dog while they are there. We can ask them and they will bathe and groom them. So when we pick them up, they are all clean and smell good. Once we sign our dogs up, they keep our information. When I make the reservation in February, if any of my dogs' shots have expired, they will call the vet and get him updated shots. So I don’t have to go do it. They do everything they can to make it as easy as they can on us as the owner, so that's nice.

  I phoned the parlor and since it is about 11 miles away, she wanted to recommend a closer groomer. I said thanks, but I'd rather use her since she was on Angie's List. She gave her normal hours and we thought about the next day, a Friday, but since this would be the first experience for my puppy, that that day was calmer and even though late, would be a better day. I took him immediately. It was a little hard to locate, across from the police station, but the owner could not have been nicer, as the puppy decided to pee on the floor to say hello. Within 2 hours she phoned to say he was ready, so I returned to pick him up and he was happy and will return. They used my shampoo, gave him a halloween kerchief, and he was a happy puppy.

  Pampered Pets

  Needed to go out of town for the weekend so Pampered Pets kept my scottie and while she was there, they groomed her. She looked beautiful and smelled wonderful when we picked her on a Sunday! Couldn't believe that they would be there so I could pick up my furbaby.

  Appointment was set-up on short notice and we appreciated that. We brought our toy poodle for a bath and grooming. We left her at 8 a.m., and were called at 2:20 p.m., to pick her up. They did an excellent job. We will make another appointment in advance to see if it still takes over 6 hrs. to have her groomed. We travel a lot and see a wide range of completion times throughout the USA.

  He is excellent. He told me more about my pet in 10 minutes than Biloxi Animal Hospital. Everybody is awesome. The front desk is very friendly, all the people that worked with the pets. They did stuff that I would not have to ask to get done. They just came in and clipped his nails, cleaned his ears. I did not even have to ask for any of it to get done.
