AVery well. Workmen set traps but raccoon had gone. They came back and temporarily patched the hole in the chimney when I told them that rain was getting in. Later, they vacuumed up all the raccoon droppings, insulation and silver board, repaired, sealed and repainted openings, sanitized, and blew in new foam insulation in entire attic. They did a good job.

CAfter inspection, he stated to me that I had raccoons and rats in my attic space and that I needed my insulation changed (which is true). However, the I giving a neutral score of C is because when I asked about cost he stated that it would be $6500 to remove any wildlife, make any repairs to my home, and add insulation. My problem with this was he could not tell me where they were getting in which made me wonder how can you charge me to repair something and you have know idea what to fix. My second issue was that it was all or nothing. There would be no setting traps if he couldn’t fix repairs and put in new insulation. I decided to pass on Capture Critter for these reasons.

FI signed a contract with DA to treat termites in the fall of 2011 when i found some in a dining room wall. They came out, treated, then trenched around my home. Little did i know they were using a knockoff chemical (not termidor) to treat the soil. I called them every 6 months. The gentleman that came out to treat the walls/etc, (i believe his name was corey, i still have his number) was awesome, professional. That is the best i can say about the company. I ended up having them come out plenty of times to retreat/spray in and outside areas. The problem is they only spray treated and used cheap chemicals. They never tried to find the source of the problem. I was left with lots of termite damage in multiple areas of my home and a few thousand in damages (i've been repairing a little at a time, the last project is going to cost me close to 3-5k to repair the bathroom walls, ceiling and shower damage). They never offered termidor, nor a baiting system. I cancelled my contract and went with Billiots pest control. They recommended the bait system and even baited by my two trees in my back yard, and found 3 active ares in the home even after DA sprayed the walls with foam and treated spray around the outside base of the house (multiple times) just days prior to me calling them. I have not had any issues since changing company's. I do remember I emailed them and asked for a log of each time i called to have them service my home, and asked about warranty damage/etc on 7/28/2014. No one got back to me, nor did they have any concerns as to why i cancelled my contract when i called them. In my email to them on 7/28/14 - "I had my termite guy over July 1 to treat newly found live termites. They were back again just 2 days after initial treatment, so he came again on the 3rd or 4th. A manager came out to take a look on July 14th. He treated with liquid around the home outside, he did look around inside but did not get in the attic or treat anything inside. I was advised that I would get a follow up visit in two weeks." - and i never heard from them, which is why i switched companies.

AWe have had this service contract for at least a year, and it is going well. The staff at Southern are pleasant, professional and helpful. They call to schedule a convenient time to spray every 3 months. They come when they say they are coming. It doesn't take long for them to complete the job. Since we started this, we haven't had problems with spiders on our screened porch and it is very rare to find an insect in the house, so I would have to say that it is working. This service does not include termites. It costs $75 per quarterly treatment, so $300 per year total.
