ALightspeed Air & ElectricI am Very Satisfied with the work that was performed and the cost!! These guys know their business, they reviewed my furnace and duct system and gave me options. My original request was to replace part of the plenum at the furnace, it was full of mold. Upon inspection they discovered other problems that should be repaired and recommended cleaning the ducts and installing a UV light to kill mold in the future. My son-in-law owns an HVAV business back in Minnesota, so I gave him a call discussing my options. He agreed with Lightspeed Air & Electric's recommendations and that was all I needed to hear. They also fogged the system to kill any existing mold spores! We purchased this home one year ago and finding a few things that need repair. I would recommend Lightspeed Air & Electric to anyone! He will come on weekends and late in the day to fix your AC if he can make it that day. DThe original installation went great. The unit was put in successfully and was working wonderfully. Unfortunately after about a year it began acting up and was not working properly. We called Mr. Gary from Affordable Quality Air and he fixed the problem. However, we began having issues again about 2 months ago and it felt as if we had no ac in our house at all. We noticed that our outside unit had frozen over and called Mr. Gary to come look at it, but he could not come until a day or two later, which was fine. He came out to our house and said he looked over things and nothing seemed to be wrong and that he couldn't do anything to help unless the unit was frozen while he was there; which at this point it had thawed out because we turned the air off in order to do so. He said to have our ducts checked and left. The unit froze up again a day later and the air stopped working again. We turned the unit off and the inside unit began leaking water as if it was thawing out too. So much water that it was all in our hallway. After letting it thaw out our has started working again and we can actually feel it. However, our hallways unit is still continuously leaking water. A lot of it and it probably won't be long until it stops again. We called Mr. Gary and asked him to please come out again to check it out. He stated that we were too far away to just drive over and check it and that the service warranty was up so he did not owe us any service. We called again and told him he needed to come out because something is obviously wrong and he proceeded to tell us that his service was not under warranty, he was not coming to our house to help and then upon us telling him we would take action if he did not try to make this situation right (i.e. A negative review) he told us to go ahead. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional no matter what the circumstance warranty or not. However, Mr. Gary was very much wrong in assuming that our 2 year service warranty was up because it in fact does not expire until 09/28/18 which is not for almost 2 months (we still have our signed contract with the dates included). Now we will be paying more money out of our pockets to get someone else to come assess the situation whenever we should be having it done for just a service fee. Unfortunately the good service that we first received is being overshadowed by the poor service and treatment we have recently received.

AI contacted Carl by message since I cannot speak. He responded within an hour and we set a date and time. He confirmed by text and said he would be here by 10 am on Wednesday and was very punctual. He pulled the range out and checked the hardwired connection to confirm that it was a 4 wire then went to Lowe's to get the correct outlet and box. He returned shortly after, installed and tested the outlet and cleaned up after. Very courteous, friendly and professional. This was the 2d time I hired Carl and, as before, I am extremely pleased with his work. I will be hiring him again the near future for a larger project. If you need electrical work done I highly recommend Carl Reid as the person to get it done right, on time and at reasonable cost.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
