APreferred Lawn & Landscape LLCI am glad I finally found a company that performed a thorough gutter and downspout cleaning -- the way it should be done. Drew, the owner, is very professional and responsive. I called him after 4 p.m. for an estimate, and he came out that same evening to provide it. After the job began, Drew worked without breaks until the job was completed. Because so much dirt and leaves had built-up in the gutters over the years, this first time took a lot of work on the part of Preferred Lawn Care. For the future, Drew indicated he will work with me to set up a schedule for follow-up annual cleanings at a discounted price. It is worth it to preserve one's property by getting the work done by someone who knows how to do a good job.- Marilyn D.

ARainbow RainGuttersRainbow Gutters did a fantastic job! They were able to take estimates and do the work without requiring me to make special arrangements for them. Not only were they fast and efficient, they did beautiful work. When I arrived home, I didn't even NOTICE the new gutters because they had matched the exterior paint so well. Upon close inspection, everything was firmly seated and the installation site was clean. The gutters have been installed for about a month and a half now, and have weathered several heavy thunderstorms with superior performance. All my drainage woes are gone. CExpert RenovationsFirst punctuality was sketchy at best. At times they where here when they said other times late as much as two hours other times not show up and come to find out the workers misunderstood what I had said and where sent to another job site. Speaking of job sites. The owner of the company took on too many jobs ( at the time he has seventeen) and ended up swapping people around or sending our workers to a site before coming to ours and end up running late. The individuals that he had hired at times did a great job other times not so good. They had to redo the box cover for the tub three times because the original person who did was not following the bosses directions. Then the boss tried his luck after the worker did not do it right the second time. He finally admitted that he needed to get a tile guy in to finish it. I say it looks a lot better now. The driveway the sidewalk and the garage floor was leveled out but two months later I am getting cracks and concrete coming off where the cracks are. I love the garage door but it was installed by a Garage Specialty professional. The opening to the garage and the extension was done by Expert Renovation. The did it to code but to this date they have not notified the city inspector to come approve it. Last thing done was to install a LED lights in the garage. They had to run the wiring to a switch which was installed on the wall next to the door going into the house. They had to bore a hole to run the conduit from the attic to the switch. It required a hole drill then fill in the area that went down the fascia with putty and repaint the area. To this date it is still not finished and am still waiting so I can pay him for the light. This project was only suppose to take the most one month it is in its third. The boss did let go the two works last month. Unless the boss is on site he should never leave his works alone unless they are a trusted employee that he has done well without supervision. Suggest the owner of this business work only jobs that he has qualified people to work them correctly. Side Note: throughout the project there was some much bickering between the works and the boss that sometime nothing would get done for at least an hour.- THOMAS R.

DVery poor communication. Gave half down. Several missed deadlines and only came to do some work when We asked them to return the check and we would move on. Did part of the work, cashed the check and did not return. Still have a leak and the glass slider is currently unusable.
