    911 Restoration of Central Mississippi
This is not a licensed contractor. They abandoned our project the day after everything was torn out, then left to prey on others with Hurricane Matthew damage. They sent a person from another state once a week to our house that appeared to be drug impaired. She installed the sheetrock incorrectly, did not sand the joints and painted over them, covered up electrical outlets and destroyed our personal property. We had to finish the work ourself. The company submitted false claims (billed for services not done) to our insurance company that were denied. This company filed a claim against us, which we have answered with a counterclaim. They are also currently under investigation. Hire a licensed contractor and avoid this business at all costs! This seems to be franchise scam where anyone can buy into franchise even if they have no license or experience with home repair, google 911 Restoration complaints and you will find this a nationwide problem.

Very well. They have worked for me in the past and I always know the what product will be. They work very well with a lot of attention to details. They are very responsible and reliable. Their work was excellent. My neighbor and some friends thought the cabinets were new.

They work was done in a very timely manner. They got everything taken out and replaced and looking better than it was before. They also redesigned our gutters so the water would not back up any longer to keep this from happening again in the future.

Overall the work was good on the cabinets.  The tile had to be re-grouted and the painter worked only at night after he got off work.  That is a pain, as we were ready to go to bed and the painter was still there.   The biggest issue was that we had a back door Baldwin lock that broke while they were there and they said they could fix it.  They ended up losing the back brass plate for the door and even though Randle said he would order a new one, he never came back to install it.  I travel a good bit and my wife paid him in full, thinking he would return to replace the brass plate.  NEVER, NEVER pay this guy until every screw and nail is hammered.  I talked to him several times and after several months threatened to give him a bad review on AL if he didn't fix it.  Ironically, he was offended that I would do that.  Oh well, the contractors around here are for the most part sub par and Randle is in that crowd.  If he would show up when he says they will and follow through on commitments, they could have a great business.

We rented a boom from this palce becasue the one closest to us did not have it. THe original girl was very nice, but took forever for us to get it loaded and out of home depot. Approximately an hour. Noone helped us with getting it on the truck. THey said they can't "legally" do this later.  But I would expect out of common courtesy for the man that came out to just look to make sure it was on properly. Well noone did. We barely got down the street and it came of the truck. Fortunately a nice security guard helped us. Got home, took it off the truck, lowered the guide wheel and parked it. We then went to moved it in the driveway. At that point, the piddly little wheel broke. We then loaded it back up and took it straight back to Home Depot.   When I came back in, the girl that helped me before asked some other lady to help me. She was rude from the beginnign. SHe said yeah I heard it fell off the truck. She continued to repeat how they couldn't legally put it on the truck. We explained what happened and she said well it looks like you dragged it. Which we explained did not happen. Then she questioned my son as if we were lying. I said I don't care what you do, just give me my money back. Then I had someone else come up to help me. who seemed like she was going to, then another lady came up. She was just as ignorant as the first lady. THey were both acting like we were lying. I said I don't care what you do, just give me my money back. She said well I'm not paying for that wheel. So it ended up costing me 100 bucks!  The whell itself is likely a 10 dollar wheel. THey were so rude!  THen on top of that, they kept runnign around I guess trying to figure out how to do a refund. Finally the first rude lady said, here this lady is going to take care of you. Then her rude self says you need to hold on "cuz I have someone else in front of you". Which where I have no idea where this person was. Finally, they figure out how to give a refund. I ask to speak with the real manager, and of course, they wouldn't call him over. This place continues to be the worst customer service at every location. The one in Madison ripped us off with their counter tops. I only wish Lowe's rented equipment, since they actually train their employees and have excellent customer service. Stay away from these ignorant people.

The bookshelves were made to my exact specifications. He paid attention to details that I didn't even consider. For instance, the bookshelves are even with the windows beside them, the molding is congruent with the molding around the room and his measurements were exact. They are painted beautifully. He took his time and prepared the shelves in his shop prior to installing them in my house, therefore, the workmanship was excellent and  it only took a day and a half to complete installation. They are aligned and solid and really contribute to the overall design of the house. I will use him for all of my carpentry needs!

We have a golden retriever puppy and he chewed a lot on baseboards, cabinet doors, walls, etc... Jeremy's crew came and did a great job of replacing the baseboard and various touch-ups around the house.  They were very professional and made sure to take the time to complete the job.
It took some time get our scheduled aligned properly (the days I was off, his crew couldn't work and vice-versa) but once we did, the project itself took less than 2 half-a-days to complete.
I would definitely recommend Jeremy and his crew if you are in the market for some interior/exterior finishes.

    Helping Hand
The work was done by Mr. Wheat and his crew. Mr. Wheat watched over and supervised each part of the job, making sure everything was being done properly. The crew was very professional, courteous, and friendly. I could tell they had a lot of experience. I especially appreciated that they took time to place drop cloths on my floors and over any furniture that might get paint on it. They cleaned everything up and helped us move items back into place. There was minimal cleanup for me afterwards, as they swept and vacuumed afterwards. I will definitely use Helping Hand again!
