Its a very professional place of business. You walk into this place and they can do everything from contacts to laser surgery. Either that or they are going to give you a good referral, so its very professional from that stand point. Whatever questions you have, they are there to answer professionally. You know? They aren't there to just get you this pair of glasses and get you out the door.

I had a positive experience and they work with me. I am thinking about buying another pair if it is in my budget. There was patience and understanding. I had my budget and I did want to buy designer but they didn't try to sell that to me or anything. I did get a few new features in my glasses and they had to send them off but that was only because they took the time and explained that to me and I could understand that. The credibility from the doctor to the optician was not waning. Because they explained it so well, I knew it was worth it for me to spend a little bit more money, so I spent a little bit more money.

I didn't even have to wait very long at all!

Dr. Williams is very good at what he does. He is efficient, if somewhat brusque at times, and there can be a long wait...
But I trust his expertise. He saw me the same week I had my vision disturbance, and I trust he will see me promptly again if I have another one. He conducts many tests and I feel he gathers all the info he needs to make decisions.

I was very pleased with my visit. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the exam was quick and efficient. I didn't have to wait very long to see the doctor. Dr. Walley was very friendly and spent time with me answering my questions and explaining things to me in a way easily understood. He is a very caring doctor and will go out of his way to make sure you feel taken care of. Also, they have a great selection of glasses and the office itself is very nice!

    Hill, Dr. Hal E.
He is highly educated. My children go to him for optometry too. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He has really good bedside manners and he knows how to talk to children. He eliminates any confusion involved with eye care. We actually enjoy our visits.

It was a standard eye exam.  Nothing unexpected.  He does a good job and has a good "bedside" manner.  When we brought my daughter, he explained to us that her sight was fine, but because she was growing, to expect some variability.  We brought her in May.  He said that he even if he had found her to need glasses, that he would recommend that we do that at the beginning of the school year, not the beginning of summer.

I've been using him for about 15 years.  I choose to stay with him because of his personality, I really like him.  His office staff is always real friendly and they are great.  Overall, he's wonderful.  His office is real nice and I really like his office.  He's right on time.  I walk in and his staff know one like they know me and they can tell them about me.  His bedside manner is real good.  I've never done any billing with him.  I go in and get it done and pay right then.  I haven't had any issues with being over charged or anything like that.  I pay as I go.  I tried a couple of others in the middle because of insurance and I wasn't satisfied with them.  I go to him now whether I have insurance or not.

There was something about him that I just didn't like. Some of my friends go to him but I just didn't like him. One of my friends recommended him and then he was kind of talking poorly about her. I just wanted a more thorough investigation by an ophthalmologist and not an optometrist so I stopped going to him.

They were excellent.  I would absolutely recommend them.  They have the best eye exam and best service I've ever had going for an eye glass.  The optometrist is good and his name is Dr. Hill I believe.  I never had anybody actually look at my face shape and say which glass I needed and that's what they just do.  They were very good and very helpful.
