    This place used to be quality. When one of the employees (Wells) left it became a horrible experience. I gave it a C because it was a quality place but the last two experiences have changed. Both times I went in for an oil change since his departure were questionable. The first time my car's check engine light came on immediately following their service. The were rude and ugly about it when I came back the same day to see what the problem might be. They were going to charge me an extra $100+ to check the car that just left their service location. They ended up not charging me but never did clarify the problem. The explanation I received was that the light can come on randomly sometimes. Well that was and has been the only time the light "randomly" came on. The next time I took it for an oil change it came back making a rattling noise that it did not make before it was serviced. I called ahead of time to make sure they would have time to get to it. I was told they would be able to get to it. I dropped it off the night before so they could have it all day. At 3:30 I called to check and was told it was not ready. I was called at 4:49 and was told it was ready. As I was leaving I noticed the new sound but assumed it was from the gravel driveway they have. Down the road it continued so my husband went back the next day and they were again rude and said they are not a quick lube place. (Having a car in your possession for more than 8 hours does not sound at all like a quick lube). My husband was told we were the problem and there was nothing they could do about it. Most of the positive reviews that I have read are over a year old which is when (Wells) was still there and it was a worthwhile place to take your car. After speaking with the owner it was apparent our business was not significant to him and he did not seemed at all concerned. I would have given the review an F based on my last two experiences and my encounter with the owner and his non-chalant regard to the dissatisfaction of the service. However, to be fair we had 5 good years there which is why I gave it a C.

    I'd use them again. I did everything that needed to be done and everything that they saw needed to be done after they called and asked me about it. They did alright. I just think it was a little overpriced but that is from dealing with a dealership.

    Patty Peck Honda has the best customer service of any car dealership that I have ever been to. They really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I will buy from them again and have my vehicles serviced there.

    I've been totally satisfied with them. I usually go there about every three months for an oil change. They had to literally go in and reorder head gaskets. They had to track them down and try to get them shipped in. They got them in from one company and they were torn and had to try to find some more. My car is 14 years old. But it's in great condition. They do an excellent job. I bought it there and I've carried it there since 2000. They did a great job. I did have to wait a long time. In fact, it took longer than we thought because the parts were on back order. So they had to look all over the United States to see if anybody had one available. I needed something to drive. So I said, "How about a loaner car?" Unfortunately, they were also in the middle of inventory. So they were just caught in a corporate situation. They actually leased me a car. So they paid for the leased car at another company, rather than using their own loaner cars, which they had, but couldn't loan out at the time, for at least two weeks. So I thought that was very exceptional. They are very, very hard to get a technician on the phone to check on the status because the person is always out on the floor and doesn't hear the phone ring. It's so hard to get the message to them or get them on the phone or get a call back. That's the only issue I have, is that if the receptionist puts a call through to that person, I need to get to that person that knows what's going on with my car and I can't ever seem to get through to that person. He is one of the most in-demand person.

    From the first contact with owner Jim Hammons, every detail was handled with complete professionalism and prompt response. He arrived for the estimate exactly on time, and spent a lot of time with me, making certain I understood exactly what products were available to suit my needs, and how I could expect the products to perform. He went a step further and explained exactly what  I could expect during the installation of the window film, and how long it would take.
    Again, Jim arrived exactly when he said he would be, and promptly went to work. He paid meticulous attention to every detail, making certain the installation was done correctly.
    Sun Shade applied the film to six windows and a full-windowed door on the west side of my house, and the windows on the double doors and transom above the doors, which is on the east side of my house. The work quality is superior, and as near perfect as humans can get. It all looks really great. I would highly recommend Jim Hammons and Sun Shade Window Tinting to anyone. Great Job.

    Hughes Towing Service
    I had mechanical problems with my car. It was not driveable. I called the Nissan dealership about getting my car towed. They recommended Hughes Towing Service. Hughes occasionally do work for the dealership. I received a quick response to my call. I was was given a quick confirmation of the tow and the cell number of the owner, who towed my car. He was very professional. My only complaint is that he was 30 minutes late and he did not call me, but he did apologize and gave me a $10 discount. I would use the service again, and I would recommend the service to others.

    Overall, very pleased again with the service that Graves and Stoddard delivers with service for my `02 Maxima.  The guys here are very accomodating and friendly.  They are not the cheapest, but in my opinion they are not the most expensive either.  When I shop for car repair I don't want the cheapest, I want the job done correctly and for the shop to stand behind their work.  These guys do all of the above and I don't hesitate to recommend them.I definitely will use them again

    All in One Moble Detail

    I contacted the provider and set up an appointment for the service at my home. He arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. Both vehicles were extremely dirty both inside and out and he transformed them into almost showroom looking models. I was very pleased with his work and his punctuality and would definitely hire him again. Another plus for me as a Veteran is that this provider is a Veteran. The price he charged ($45.00) was for each vehicle and the total of $90.00 for 2 large SUV's was extremely fair and reasonable to me.
