  • The gentleman the office was friendly but the office seem to be one that allowed smoking so kind of smelled like smoking in there. I took my car into than two times the first time they couldn't find anything wrong with it and charged me $75. The second time I brought it in they found the problem but said that it was hard to fix and didn't want to fix it and still charge me another $75 to look at it. I am not going somewhere else.

  • Each time I go there, the associates are always distracted and seem like they're doing a favor when they give you service. Also, when I get service, it takes a long time to get anything completed. Finally, I think it is too expensive for what you get today. It used to be a lot better value. In years past ice to get my car serviced at Walmart all the time, but since moving to this area I find that this associates in general at Walmart are very rude and inconsiderate, not paying much attention to customer service.

  • The staff was very friendly. It did take them a couple of days to complete the work to replace the timing belt on my car ... hopefully with the recommended extra things to replace like the water pump and Idler pulley, I'll get another hundred thousand miles out of this repair.

  • The service manager was friendly enough. The largest issue was that it took multiple trips to get the parts lined up for my car. I was disappointed that they received a faulty part and still tried to install it, causing me to come back multiple times to get the repair completed. It would be nice if they had a loaner car or could at least drop you off at work when you drop your car off to get it serviced.

  • My daughter was a student at Ole Miss. Her car began running hot and continued to do so until it finally would not run anymore. She took it to Dee’s Tire / Radiator in Oxford, MS. They replaced the radiator and ran up the engine to test it. The top hose blew and they told my daughter it was ruined. She was told it was a bad head gasket and I was told by repair shop operator it would cost between $800 and $1000 to repair. The shop operator recommended I sell it. I put them off until I decided what to do. The shop operator called back and said a guy walked in that would do the entire job for $500. Now I’m suspicious. The shop offered to buy it for parts when my son met the tow truck there to remove it from the property. After over $200 in towing fees I got the car back home – about 2 ½ hours from Oxford.  I replaced the $24 rotten/ruptured hose and took a look at the car. No water in the oil, no water from the tailpipe, temperature normal. Car problems? RUN AWAY from Dee’s.
