    Feth Construction LLC
Feth Construction installed a bathroom in our basement and we couldn't be happier. Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us to stay within our budget and brought up details I hadn't thought of. Their workmanship is great and you can tell they take great pride in their work and I would certainly use them for future projects.

We contracted Brian to finish our basement October of 2019. We paid over $25,000 to him and he never even completed the job. Just a few things he did/didn’t do (the list goes on): -hired for a 11/2019 end date, they stopped showing up around March or April of this year -cut in to our 8 in basement concrete (had to pay him extra), now we have water damage/basement that leaks -refused to put a sump pump in that we paid for -never returns calls, doesn’t finish a job when paid in full -messy shower/caulk work -placed tile that we didn’t even ask for -hired an outside contractor to do his work, then asked us for more money (we agreed due to the work being done) -claimed to have his plumping certificate, our shower completely flooded the bathroom where we had to pay for someone else to fix it We honestly were in the process of hiring a lawyer. Instead we are just wanting to warn others, go with a different contractor or DIY!

Very knowledgeable in this business and trustworthy; gave sound advice with cost estimates accurate. We were able to lower costs by helping with labor and painting . Great to work with. I was able to help with putting on fireplace facing. Issues with an exterior door and roofing were promptly addressed and corrected.

I wish every contractor was like Sonny! Oh my!!!!! He showed up when he said he would, he listened to what I wanted, then gave a bid for the work to be done. We fit a small "Grammy Cave" in 325 sq ft, which included a toilet and shower area, a kitchenette area, 4 new windows, new electrical and plumbing (including a waste pump system), finishing the staircase and adding a closet. Sonny really had to do some amazing configuring to get everything I needed in my small space. The ceiling height is only about 6-1/2 feet, and he had to re-run most of the HVAC venting. He put in a sound barrier and sheet rock on the ceiling, and installed can lights throughout the space. I also purchased a 1929 cast iron sink with a drain board and 12" high backsplash, which required the faucets to be wall mounted in the backsplash of the sink. It was quite a job, but Sonny did it to perfection! Sonny didn't complain at all about the small changes I made from time to time, and did his very best to make sure that "what Grammy wants, Grammy gets" (sort of became a joke!!). The space was clean and other than flooring, ready to move into when he finished the job. He also came every day, from start to finish, including 2 Saturdays, in order to finish on time. When the job was done, I just wish I had another space for Sonny to finish for me! One more thing....my son-in-law knows a fair amount about remodeling, from the work he has done on his own homes. He said he was very impressed with the quality of everything Sonny did, and that Sonny "built everything right". He was a bit concerned about allowing a contractor to come into his home to do work, but was extremely pleased with every aspect of the job.

They showed up every day. I never had to call and look for them. They built it exactly as they showed us in their drawings. Best part is they were done on schedule and on budget. The crews are professional, clean and polite. A complete total great experience.

He is very honest and reliable. He does a very good job. A lot of times he doesn’t call back as he is very busy. He is totally super. He is one of the people who is gifted with good attitude as not many people are gifted with good attitude. He is hard to get hold of. I would use him in the future.

He quoted us extremely fair and stuck to his quote. He was on time every day and got the work done on time. He was very professional and friendly at all times even when I got in his way! I plan on hiring him again in the future for all my remodeling needs as he does much more than flooring! His employees were also to his standards of professionalism.
