BI really appreciated that they made a special effort. They said that he would not make it through another night. There were nurses at night time who would speak me down to sleep about my health.

CShe talked down to me and would not listen to me when I would try and tell her different symptoms that he had. She has told me on several occasions that things I know are not normal were 100% normal and that I need to stop worrying. She told me that I needed to stop breastfeeding because y son just didn't like it and that was his way of telling me that. I have not stopped breastfeeding but I did change the way that he was bottle fed and the way that he sat up after he was done eating and that has done it. he is now doing better at 5 months old. Her staff is amazing and so sweet but she is absolutely horrid and I will never go back to her.

DThe office visits are always short. There never seems to be anything "wrong" even when there are. The doctor looks at skin and says everything is okay and that she will see me in 6 months. 6 months go by and I get a change of medication and so on and so on. This process has repeated itself for the past several years. The skin disease has not improved nor has anything been done successfully to prevent it or heal it. I was told I may be eligible for a research study, and that I would be contacted. Needless to say, that never happened either.

FI called to schedule my son for an appointment at the recommendation of his primary physician because he has bumps that keep popping up on his body and they are extremely itchy, and have the tendency to get infected if we miss treating them. We can effectively treat them but can't keep new ones from popping up. When I called the office, oops they were closed an hour for lunch. Waited to call later in the afternoon and I relayed our dilemma and I was told that I can't get him in until late February. I again explained what is happening and that he is only 7 y/o, and was told "Well, you can schedule for February and just call every day to see if we have a cancellation". Needless to say I did not schedule for two months out. I called another dermatologist and scheduled my son for only one week out past the day I was calling.

FDr. Cooke billed insurance for not only an office call, but for two surgical procedures totalling over $500 that were never performed. We had no idea of it until receiving the EOB from the insurance companies showing what they had paid. When contacted, office staffer said that the procedures were in Susan's medical record and were therefore billed. Since Susan's arms were with her all day and the doctor never touched her had no bearing on getting the charges reversed to date.

AOverall, I cannot say enough great things about this office. I simply can't image trying to understand the complexities of parenthood without her awesome guidance. If you have an opportunity to be one of their patients, I promise your family will be better for it!

AUniv. Of Mo-Columbia Hosp. & Clin.We got an appointment with one of the pediatric doctors within a week. We started light therapy treatments the same day and after a month, most of the psoriasis is gone! I am very happy with the doctors and most of the staff. There is one office staff member that does not have a good attitude but most everyone else is very pleasant. The wait time for each appointment is reasonable and they have a board to let you know if a doctor is behind schedule.- Jamie Y.

AJohn Bluhm MDBoth my wife and I go to him about once a year. He has probably saved us from skin cancer in the past. He is a good dermatologist. He is easy to get in to see. You don't have to wait long if you have a concern.- Art P.

ADermatology at Winghavenalways a fun experience - waiting time is always long, but once the time comes, it's like a feeding frenzy of assistants and the Dr. - any likely bad places are excised/burned away.- Rich T.
