  They���ve taken off 8 years of neglect in one afternoon. Carpet looks freshly installed. They were the most responsive of their competition and well priced and explained their process without prompting. My happiness was pivotal to them as they walked me through and showed me the extraordinary room to room results and their careful and airing of the furniture.   Clean Green Carpet Cleaning LLC

  The carpet cleaners that showed up looked and acted professional. Both were very polite and respectful. Originally was only going to have the downstairs and hall carpets cleaned. I decided to have them clean the bedrooms as well. They jumped in and helped move stuff around and out of the way so they could properly clean the carpets. A week later the carpet looked cleaned stains were gone. I would and plan on hiring them again.

  Two employees showed on time. After showing them around and answering their questions and giving them our main concerns, they went right to work. They spent about four hours in our home top to bottom. They did everything that was asked and the home was spotless when they finished. My wife and I decided to ask them to return every two weeks for normal cleaning. We will reevaluate their services again in a couple of months after several maintenance cleanings and see how well they do. First cleaning was impressive.

  My master bath has marble walls and they were not cleaned properly. When I ran my hand over them they you could feel soap scum. I have a photo of the Mr. Clean Scrubbing pad I used on only one wall in the shower that I will post. The other thing I wasn't happy with is the toilet in the hall. The shower has only been used 3 times since we had the house built so it was okay, just needed dusting. But the toilet under the rim wasn't clean. Pictures of that also. The floors were done pretty good all except one corner there was stuff left that could have been swept up.

  We have hired this company twice so far. Due to both my wife and I having injuries preventing us from cleaning our home ourselves, we needed to hire someone. The first visit was a last minute call needing the house completely cleaned a few days before children and grandchildren arrived. Ginger was very accommodating and sent Laura to clean. Laura did a great job which pleased my wife. Because she was pleased, we asked Ginger to send someone over for a second cleaning since we have not yet healed enough to clean. Ginger herself came on a Sunday to clean the entire home. My wife is so pleased with Ginger that she now wishes to hire Ginger's services to clean our home on a regular basis.

  Sweet Dreams Clean Team

  It didn't go. She was a very good talker, and told me that she also had people who could assist me in getting things hauled from my home. They were then supposed to assist me in cleaning my place. They didn't have the correct equipment/sized truck to haul the junk. She showed up with her 2 sons, they took continuous breaks, and complained about everything. Due to the work not being completed, I had to hire another provider. As the junk was not all removed, I subsequently was unable to get the house cleaned. They also stole some items from me including a weight set, and money.They were very unprofessional, didn't show up when they said that they would, and made excuses. She also took my garage door opener. I would not recommend using this person to anyone. I also told them that I wanted my plants to go with me, and that they would have to carry them out to my car. They instead threw them in my back yard. I had my water turned off, when she showed up another time, one of her helpers turned on the water and it flooded the room where my washer and dryer were.

  Thats what she did was the 2 bathrooms and did mop the kitchen floors and wiped off the counters... no vacuuming or dusting. I realize that my floors and shower doors were bad but I didn't realize they were that bad. I've been down in the back so haven't done any good cleaning in a while. After she left I noticed that there was still dirt around the edges of the floor so I wiped that up. One floor is marble and she used a cleaner that I don't have but there were spots that she missed and you can really tell it.

  I paid for a "top to bottom" house cleaning. They were an hour late. Issues: Refrigerator - the stainless was smeared and not shiny Oven - Only top oven cleaned Wall Decorations - Not touched Doors - Only some of the doors Bathroom Cabinets - not wiped down Door Trim - not done Baseboards - not done Window Sills - not done High Dusting - not done Air Vents - only some done This was not worth $279.00.

  Matt and helper arrived on time after calling ahead to let us know he was on his way. Matt used an UV light to look for pet stains! He found more than I knew I had! He cleaned carpets with an extra boost around the pet marks. No more spots or odor!! Will continue to use Matt in the future.
