ABlinded by DelightLooked up window coverings on Angie's list after unsuccessfully looking for a buisness to help me cover the new windows from an addition we just completed on our home. I immediately called Blinded by Delight upon seeing the reviews. Cyndi returned by call immediately. She came to my house to hear my needs and wants and helped me make some decisions. I really wanted shutters and a couple of roman shades, but was unsure if the shutters would be affordable. She priced it out, and realized the shutters would be covered in the budget. Although I had only 6 windows to cover she treated me as though I had a whole house to cover. She was completely tentative and interested in what end result I wanted. I absolutely love the results. The windows make the room look beautifully finished. I definitely plan to upgrade the rest of my home to shutters in the future and will absolutely go to Cyndi.- Jose N.

Debbie Kissinger drove out to Washington,MO measured & rushed ordered custom shade, shade arrived in one week & reinstalled by Tim (their installer) Fabulous , professional service! ATwo Blind GuysTWO BLIND GUYS WERE AWESOME! WE MET JIM REID AT THE SPRING HOME SHOW IN ST. LOUIS. HE WAS VERY NICE NOT THE LEAST BIT PUSHY. WE PROVIDED HIM WITH OUR NEW HOME ADDRESS AND HE CAME OUT TO MEASURE THE BLINDS WHEN PROMISED. JIM PROMPTLY FAXED THE ORDER TO US FOR REVIEW, GIVING US SEVERAL OPTIONS ON WINDOW TREATMENTS. ONCE WE AGREED ON THE BEST PRODUCT FOR OUR BUDGET AND NEEDS, THE ORDER WAS HANDLED VIA FAX ON 04/21/05 AND THE BLINDS INSTALLED 05/14/05. SCOTT WALKER, THE INSTALLER, DID A FANTASTIC JOB. HE WAS FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND SUPER TIDY. THE PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE AND THE SERVICE WAS FABULOUS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH TWO BLIND GUYS AGAIN!- DOREEN M.

ABlinds To Go Commercial & ResidentialThe experience was great. Pam was punctual and professional. This was the first time they had sold these blinds, and she came back one more time to make sure she had measured correctly. She discovered we would need to add some wood on three of the window sills to make the sills wide enough to support the blinds. She had her husband cut and paint the wood at no extra charge. Pam's husband and son installed the blinds and did a neat, professional job. It took them awhile to install the first set, as this was the first time they had installed this type of blind. After the first one they were faster. The installation looks great. We then decided to add another set in our entryway window.- WILLIAM B.

ACORNERSTONE HOME IMPROVEMENTSAllen Baker of Cornerstone Homes in Osage Beach, Mo. is starting a new business here. We had a small remodeling job and two other people we called for bids either didn't show up or weren't interested in the project. Mr. Baker was prompt to give us a bid and was very reasonably priced. He actually showed up on time to begin the job and came prepared with the tools and materials to do the job so he didn't have to leave numerous times. He said he would have the job done in one day and stayed until 7:00 to keep that committment. He did a wonderful job and I would recommend him for any kind of job including ground up construction.- Richard H.

FIf I could give zero stars, I would. First, it was taking forever to get my order. When I looked at my order, they somehow had the wrong address (my former address from five years ago), so I contacted them to change the address. They assured me that the address was changed. A couple of weeks later, I was notified via email that my order was delivered but when I checked my front door it wasn't there, so I went to my old address, 30 minutes away and got lucky that the owner was there and had received my order. When I got it home the 3 roller shades that I ordered for side-by-side windows were all 4 inches too big. I followed the online measurement directions which suggested that you add 2 inches per side to your measurements for an outside mount. I should have stayed with my original measurements. When I called, they suggested that I keep an inch on each side. They re-made them, and AGAIN sent them to the wrong address - even after I re-confirmed that they had the right one. Again, I had to go to my old address to look for my delivery. This time, no one was home, so I took a chance and waited in front of their house for a while until someone may come home. Luckily, someone showed up within 90 minutes. This time they had showed up with 2 boxes! They re-made it twice (6 roller shades), all still too big! Due to the global pandemic and for personal reasons, I waited to address the issue. When I finally was able to contact them, I was sent a message that the CSR's supervisor determined that the blinds were made correctly. Therefore, they cannot offer a remake for this order. Their policy states that they will make up to 4 shades if the customer is not completely happy. However, they offered to remake the shades at a discounted price! I will not give them one more penny! Worst service ever! A $500.00 lesson learned - They stole my money and left me with 9 useless roller shades to get rid of. I do not recommend them!
