AC & H ConstructionBrandt's expertise has shone through, in every phase of his workmanship. He is very conscientious and thorough, giving as much care to the smallest of details as he does to the planning of the entire project. His overall knowledge of the building industry seems comprehensive. I have yet to have a question about building that he did not know the correct answer to. He is very easy to work with and was able to take detailed instructions about how I wanted things done and implement them in a flawless manner. He also was quick to point out any things which he thought would improve my plan, but did not implement those changes without checking with me first. In virtually every case I could see the wisdom of his suggestions and we ended up implementing them. Brandt is always courteous and trustworthy; his integrity shows through in everything that he does. He is one of those few workman that I would absolutely trust leaving my home and all of its furnishing in his care. I have worked with many contractors over the years; some of which I have had to fire. I cannot think of another one that I have been so pleased with as Brandt.- Don B.

FTrailhead Creations LLCJosh, "Sue's son", did most of the work. He would work 2 or 3 days a week and he was chatty. The cement crew did not put footers under the cement. Josh did not do certain things correctly. He had it mostly done and then he quit coming. They have left town and I hear they are in Florence, MO. They had lawsuits against them.- Linda D.

AMidwest did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. They were extremely knowledgeable on the work, provided a host of options, and were very competitive on price (vs. multiple other bids). One of the best aspects of the job was the quick timeline from bid to start of work (approximately 3 weeks vs. months for other contractors). I would highly recommend this company.

AI provided information about my issue and furnace make/model to the dispatch personnel who relayed it to the technician. When the technician arrived he had a good idea of the issue and brought the appropriate parts. During his repair the tech, Bradley, also performed some additional preventative maintenance work. I was very satisfied with everything. They were very quick to respond, arrived just over two hours after my call and had the all work finished in about an hour. This included the extra maintenance to head off future issues. As our units are over 15 years old I also signed up for semiannual maintenance which was included in the bill. Given this experience I highly recommend Martin-Jetco.

ARoy and Sean saved our kitchen. This is a long story, but worth it. We previously had our kitchen partially remodeled by another contractor, which was a complete disaster. The contractor backed out of our project at approximately 60% completion, leaving us with an incomplete and poorly executed remodel. We felt defeated and unmotivated to fix the problem. In December 2018, we met Roy and his son Sean. They were unapologetically transparent with us about the state of our remodel and what must be done to make it right. We reviewed three bids in total- Roy was the highest (by only a little) but we felt that their expertise was the only path to a beautiful finish, We were right. Not only were they both extremely professional, but they were an absolute joy to work with. They were always up front about potential cost increases (such as our tile upgrade), and listened to our vision the whole way through. They also made several professional design recommendations that we integrated into the project. Roy’s team was dedicated to our project from start to finish (they do not job-hop). The job was complex- we were salvaging existing countertops (as we had just had quartz countertops installed during the previous remodel snafu) and it also involved demo-ing most of the kitchen while attempting to save the tops. We were able to save the island, but the sink top had to be replaced due to poor installation by the previous contractor. This project also included two custom-fabricated wood columns and floating wood shelves with integrated lighting. We had custom cabinetry made as well, and crown molding throughout the main floor to integrate into the kitchen. The project could not have gone any smoother. We are thrilled with our kitchen and would recommend Roy and Sean to anyone who wants the job done right. We feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Roy and Sean- their craftsmanship is unparalleled.
