Zach helped us find better coverage and save money on our health insurance. I thought we were already getting a good deal, but he found us a better one. Highly recommend!!!

    United Health Care
They paid in a timely matter to my dr's offices for my visits.  Always very helpful on the phone.  I believe that even though this was through my company, I had to pay a portion and I think they are the best priced health insurance

I received great service, they have a nurse that would call to make sure I was ok after my lung was removed.

    Government Employees Health Association Inc
GEHA stands for Government Employees Health Association although they are not tied in as much governmental red tape as they could be. They are pretty reasonable most of the time. Be sure to have your Dr call for pre authorization before doing any expensive tests. overall they are a good insurance company, if you can call any insurance company GOOD.

The Insurance was great and priced reasonably. I would definately recommend this company to anyone needing insurance. They paid all claims in a timely manner and never gave my physicians any problems.

I have a consumer driven option, which I really like. It reduces the premiums, and although the deductable is pretty high ($600), they pay the first $1200 of medical bills. By my calculations I come out ahead. I've had to call on several occasions regarding a bill from a provider or some mix-up, and they have always been courteous and have helped me fix the problem. They have a great website that I can use to see all my claims, get info on medical conditions, etc.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City
This is the health care provider for my job. I've always had BCBS coverage with previous employments as well. They are good to work with. Of course I think rates are too high, but I'm sure that is across the board as well.

They are fairly good insurance, the states insurance used to be better. Recently price of coverage has gone up and coverage has gone down.

    United Health Care
Worst customer service in the world. It takes 45 minutes to get a human on the phone. No email contact available. The reps are uninformed or stupid. They lie, tell you they are going to take care of a problem and they don't. They drag their feet and stall and don't pay their claims until the very last minute. I have bills that are more than a year old.
