  • my child came home one afternoon telling me that I needed to Pay Lisa (the owner)...first of all my child should not be aware of anything like this. The fact that she talks about private financial stuff with someone other than me is UNACCEPTABLE. She has also discussed this with my mother when she has had to pick up my son. This incident happened when my son's father stopped paying for Daycare and I started paying for daycare.

  • My husband was very happy with the outcome of the surgery. He called my husband the evening before the surgery to see if he had any questions and went over everything he was going to be doing. He also went over everything after the surgery with me and then called again the following day to see that he was doing well. Everyone that worked with Dr. Linz was very friendly and helpful.

  • He is awesome. I went for pain management several years ago and put up with another doctor for a year. He was very rude, wearing and tearing. I searched the internet and found Dr. Ghosh.  He takes care of almost everything for me. He takes care of blood pressure medicines and everything. I have never had a better doctor. His billing is fine. The only time I had a problem was that he was unavailable during Good Friday.

  • He is with a group of different doctors, and if he isn't available then you can go to on of the other doctors. They always know what is going on. He is a very good doctor, and I would highly recommend him.

  • Dr. Gosh was very easy to work with. He met with me briefly and prescribed the medication that I apparently needed. He then said to come back in two to three months as needed, which surprised me since he had just prescribed an immune-suppressant medication for a very painful disease. He didn't have much to say but he did provide me a month of samples when his medical assistants were unable to get me the medication in any reasonable amount of time. The sample was worth a lot of money so I really appreciated him for that. My experience with his staff was horrible. I was never greeted when I presented to his clinic, was kept waiting for at least an hour and a half past my appointment time without a single apology or explanation of why it was taking so long. When I asked for more information about this the receptionist literally, no joke, refused to look at me and stated ?I don't know, please have a seat...or you can reschedule.? The staff gave me a very difficult time about ordering the medication because it needed a prior authorization from the doctor which they seemed very indifferent about getting done. They refused to call it in to my pharmacy and gave me overt sarcasm when I asked for help finding it from another pharmacy so I could pick it up that weekend rather then waiting for it to be mailed. Apparently it is cheaper for the insurance company to have it mailed from a certain pharmacy some where in the universe. This was later explained to me by a pharmacist at Walgreen's. I asked for the doctor to complete a FMLA form which his receptionist literally smacked her lips and rolled her eyes at me for asking about. She said it couldn't be completed without scheduling an appointment with him. But I had just met with him one week before and it would have cost another 25 dollars to see him and an additional 30 for him to complete the form. The form was actually only about one page of a handful of questions. After much arguing with his receptionist she finally agreed to ask him to review it so I paid the 30 dollars up front and then after three weeks of calling to see if it were completed, and more overt sarcasm and eye rolling at both myself AND my mom, I gave up trying to get it. I was referring people to this doctor for some time because he is one of the only doctor's in the area that really specialize in treating arthritis. But, I will never refer anyone to him again. Being an articulate and educated professional I can only imagine how his other client's might be treated who are less able to be assertive. Not that assertiveness got me any better treatment in this matter.

  • I arrived early to my appointment for the foot pain I was experiencing. I had waited 3 weeks to make the appointment due to no availability. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and waited in the waiting room until my appointment time came up. I was then shown to a room where I explained my pain to a nurse. The nurse left the room saying a I was next and it should only be a minute before the doctor came in. I waited 45 minutes in an examination room for the doctor. No one came to check on me, the doctor saw at least 3 other patients that I could hear while I was waiting. I opened the door and asked the nurse that walked by if he was coming soon. She said "oh yes, you are next". But again, more waiting and no one came. I ended up walking out and telling them how poor their service was after over an hour of waiting. I will never go back and I told them that I would not go back. They did not care at all. They are fully booked and have no worries about losing a few patients. They have expanded Patients First with my money, but they will not get anymore. They are TERRIBLE! No care for patients at all.
