ARedeemed Heating and Cooling L.L.CJustin and his guys did an amazing job, they arrived a little early, in the pouring freezing rain and got my new unit installed. He has the best prices and warranty out of all the companies I called, and was able to have my heat and ac fixed the day after my old unit went out. Professionalism was through the roof, they cleaned up their mess, they were little blue booties through my house so they didnt track anything, they stayed and let me know every step of the process and even checked back after a couple weeks. I couldnt be happier.- Shelbie W.

FWRIGHT FURNITURE & FLOORINGOn July 29th, 2020, we (Deston Hunt and myself) purchased two pieces of furniture from Wright Furniture in Hannibal, MO. Upon checking out, we were offered a warranty on the furniture in which we chose the warranty for the couch but not the special order chair because the cost of each piece being significantly different. Also, upon checkout we were told they would deliver to us free of charge and when asked about the date of delivery, we advised them it needed to be at least 2-3 weeks out; around mid August (which is actually notated on the receipt). A day later we received a call from Wright Furniture who was wanting to deliver the furniture the next day because it was a floor item and because they said "we do not know when we will be back your way". The reason why we wanted to wait is because this is brand new construction and the trim and painting was not quite done so we had no place to put the furniture and no way to inspect it or open it. I told them "I guess" they could deliver it but it would have to sit in our office just right of the front door because that was the only room completed and completely empty. We reluctantly obliged because they seemed like they were anxious to remove the couch (that was sitting on their floor) and that they didn't have anything else to deliver in our area anytime within our agreed upon time frame (notated on the receipt) Upon delivery, we opened both front doors so their was ample space to just walk right in and set the couch pieces down in the office. The couch was delivered in double wrapped plastic and set on our hardwoods. They sat there until our trim was done just about a week and a half ago at which point we lifted each piece up and placed them on the living room floor (still wrapped). We pulled the plastic apart (we did not use any such knife or box cutter). Immediately, we could see obvious damage that could not and was not created by us. One side of the couch had what appears to be a cut across it (see attached), the back end of one piece was actually protruding out of the back and was bent backwards. That same piece, directly above it, there was a piece that actually appears cut or damaged/splitting. Additionally, one of the legs has a very large chunk missing out of it. Now, I can assure you, given the amount of money we have spent on our dream home, and the money we spent on this very nice piece of furniture, we in no way, no possible way, damaged this couch in the way this damage occurred. I called Wright Furniture on 9/21/20 and talked with our rep who told me email Christie at wrightfurn@rallstech.com, which I did immediately after hanging up the phone. I uploaded the photos as well. That email went completely ignored; no response no acknowledgement. On 9/24/20 I called back and told them I never even got a response. They transferred me to Christie who made some excuse of why she didn't respond. At that point I forwarded her the email in which she responded that we signed the delivery receipt that it was in good order and there was nothing they could do, too bad. First, there was no way to inspect the furniture at that time; we had a whole house under construction and it had to sit in the closed office that was finished to prevent and stop paint, dust and other damage from occurring. Wright Furniture and our rep, Richella, was well aware of this and this was intimated many times in the store. Second, attached are the two receipts we received and a picture of our couch. Nothing about our warranty we bought which is located on the first receipt ($193). We were told she would call us and give us that information in a few days or upon delivery. None of which happened. I went back and forth with Christie asking her very direct questions about our couch, when it was moved, who moved it, and on and on..in which she answered none of those questions. Lastly, I asked Christie for proof of our warranty and she has since ignored all emails and phone calls and refuses to acknowledge them as well as Wright Furniture and it's sales agent and owners. The only thing Wright Furniture offered was for us to bring back the couch and they could "try" to fix it but it was just an empty solution. One which they knew we could not fulfill. We do not own a box truck to bring back a three piece sectional (every piece has damage). Wright Furniture is responsible for all damage to this beautiful couch, has refused to respond to emails on multiple occasions, has offered one solution which isn't reasonable/real solution and have neglected and refused to send us the warranty information (we paid for) that way we could have some hope of replacing or repairing this couch. I wanted them to help me fix it or replace it as we love this piece. Instead, Wright Furniture and it's owners have now made me want to return the entire piece, and get a full refund. We have been ripped off, ignored and now have a damaged couch in our brand new home, a very expensive couch that they clearly damaged. I asked for documentation on the couch from top to bottom; not one single answer. This is not acceptable and there are many red flags; I even asked for a copy of their inspection checklist (that Christie references) as well many other things that could help resolve how this couch was damaged. Nothing. This place damaged our couch, knew we could not inspect it, refuses to provide warranty information and refuses to communicate. I should have known they were going to be deceptive the minute they ignored my email asking for help with our damaged couch. Run far away- Mike O.

AZollinger Furniture CoMy aged mahogany Duncan Phyfe style table had a broken leg and I was desperate to get it fixed before a crowd descended upon me for a holiday meal. Another vendor kept promising to come but never showed up. Zollinger's said they would come and showed up right on time. They fixed the broken leg so well I could hardly tell which leg had been broken. They re-glued the other legs to make the table more stable. They found toe caps in North Carolina and had them shipped to their shop in Missouri and replaced the missing caps. My table looked so beautiful when Zollinger's returned it to me one day early that I had tears of joy in my eyes when they carefully placed it back in my dining room. Zollinger's are true professionals. I will definitely use them again.- PAT Y.

AJacobsen Appliances IncWe were satisfied with the pricing when we bought anything and also service calls have been successful. You know what - I like working with a local guy who owns the business and will ACTUALLY care if you are satisfied and work to get you the right product. The selection on their floor was also very impressive. Larry and his wife have spent a lot of money to let you touch and feel the product before you buy. Honest and expert advice on product selection. We have used them for a while and never written a review. Just thought it was time to give them their "At-A-Boy"! No I'm not a relative or close friend.- Billie B.

ARocky Top Concrete Designs L.L.C.I wanted something that was really unique but not so perfect looking that it looked fake and during the process Tony gave me the opportunity to come check out the work. When I saw the piece after the initial polishing I asked him to stop. It had the perfect amount of refinement but with the imperfect character of concrete. He assured me that he could go further with the processing and polishing to make the finish uniform and complete but I really liked the way it looked. My wife loves it and the finish matches some of our planters that we had found in a yard sale. Tony is a true artisan and it will be my pleasure to do business with him again. The amount of time he put into this is way more than I would have expected, but I can see this is what sets a professional concrete artist apart from someone who just "knows how to do concrete". I initially was concerned about the price but no longer. I would have probably paid much more had I known how beautiful the end result was going to turn out. To top it off, he even delivered it on Christmas Eve(free of charge). This is no home improvement center bench. I highly recommend.- John P.

AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. To top it off, customer service was excellent and responsive and the owner is just simply a very nice guy. 5 stars and highest recommendation. Wesley C., Yorba Linda, CA

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. Moving is so stressful and Movers Direct alleviated our stress around packing and moving items. We were so thankful for them.

ARoy and Sean saved our kitchen. This is a long story, but worth it. We previously had our kitchen partially remodeled by another contractor, which was a complete disaster. The contractor backed out of our project at approximately 60% completion, leaving us with an incomplete and poorly executed remodel. We felt defeated and unmotivated to fix the problem. In December 2018, we met Roy and his son Sean. They were unapologetically transparent with us about the state of our remodel and what must be done to make it right. We reviewed three bids in total- Roy was the highest (by only a little) but we felt that their expertise was the only path to a beautiful finish, We were right. Not only were they both extremely professional, but they were an absolute joy to work with. They were always up front about potential cost increases (such as our tile upgrade), and listened to our vision the whole way through. They also made several professional design recommendations that we integrated into the project. Roy’s team was dedicated to our project from start to finish (they do not job-hop). The job was complex- we were salvaging existing countertops (as we had just had quartz countertops installed during the previous remodel snafu) and it also involved demo-ing most of the kitchen while attempting to save the tops. We were able to save the island, but the sink top had to be replaced due to poor installation by the previous contractor. This project also included two custom-fabricated wood columns and floating wood shelves with integrated lighting. We had custom cabinetry made as well, and crown molding throughout the main floor to integrate into the kitchen. The project could not have gone any smoother. We are thrilled with our kitchen and would recommend Roy and Sean to anyone who wants the job done right. We feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Roy and Sean- their craftsmanship is unparalleled.
