AMidwest Best Carpet Cleaning, LLCI called Jim about cleaning our carpets before we moved into our new home. Even though we were outside of his normal range of customers, he agreed to come out and clean the carpets. He arrived on time, did a great job on our carpets, and locked up after he left. Overall he was a good guy to work with and we are planning on using him to clean our ducts and dryer vent in the future.- Miles M.

ATerrific. He arrived on time. Wore a mask. Was very nice and efficient. Removed all spots and returned the furniture (to the extent he could given the rug had to dry. He returned all heavy furniture to the rug by using foam under the legs of the table. He was about half the price of other bids I received and the other carpet cleaners could not have done a better job than Andy did.

AI had a mold issue in my basement in Kirkwood, MO. I got ahold of Grant with Rapid Dry and he was very responsive and came the day we talked. The next day CJ and Raymond showed up. They used a hepa-vacuum to vacuum every inch of the basement, even cleaning all the cob webs. They also used an air scrubber to help clean the air, and used a plant based material to spray on the spots where mold growth was.

DThe technicians were very polite and prompt., however, the carpet was soaking wet when they left. When carpet was dry the stains were still there. They came back to work on stains the following week. The technician told me to get a box fan to dry the carpet which I did within the first 30 minutes after they left. When the stain dried i it was even more visible than before. They told me it was my fault on the phone and that they would not come back. I called another reputable local company and they were able to remove the stain on the first try. I will never use Stanley Steemer in the future.
