    Continental Siding Supply
I liked the fact that the guys worked hard. Excellent job and they cleaned up everyday really good. I loved the hail and fade warranty because most siding wont be replaced after hail. Energy savings are also outstanding. We like so much about it, its like we got a new house.

Dustin's crew did a thorough job. They power washed the front and deck, replaced wood that need replacing, and refinished both. They also refinished my deck table and chairs. Once they started, they finished is a reasonably timely manner. Their work added years of life to my deck and front rails. They both look great, This is the second time they have done painting for me and I would definitely use them again.

Job went great from start to finish!
Crew started with a complete pressure wash of the whole exterior. Further
    prep work followed;
    scraping as needed,
    removing wasp nests,
    removing old wiring and cables,
    removing vines and veg.
Filled and smoothed nicks and screw holes
    repaired damaged areas of siding
    replaced damaged garage door trim.
In short, a total prep job..
Then masking as needed, painted using high quality
    Looks great!

    A to Z Painting & Remodeling
It was horrible. Shoddy work. Came out and painted the house, exterior. Painted it, power washed. I was busy so I couldn't do it. They power washed and painted and I noticed some things, some spots they had missed and in about 2 months the paint was flaking off or chipping off because they hadn't scraped or sanded very well to get it all off. Called and the first about 6 times I called they picked up. Oh we'll be out there, oh we'll be out there. Never showed up and then started ignoring me calls after that.
We're selling the house and so we have to fix all the paint that's chipped off and weathered. Called them to try and get the color match. It's like, look, you already screwed us out it, I'm not trying to get you to come back out here because you're not going to but can you at least look up your Lowe's account or whoever you work with so we can at least get the same color and they wouldn't even go through with that. Kept pushing off and pushing off and pushing off.

    C-R Fence
They do give a disclaimer, it's all in their proposal at the bottom that rock charges will be extra per hole, jackhammer charges if they have to use a jackhammer will be so much per day plus per hour, if they have to haul away any dirt.  Claiming the fence line or removal of any existing fence.  So I would not have went with them just because they were a little bit more expensive than what I definitely wanted to pay.  They were very nice, very professional, like I said their price was a little high.  It was already do much money and then they were also going to charge me extra to do certain things and I didn't want that.

    Premier Fence
His name was Chris. He is like their service manager. He would come out and manage everything. I had read some really good reviews about him on line. He said he would e-mail me a proposal and a quote and a figure drawing up how much it would cost for the fencing and everything and he never did. He never called me back or anything. He was not very professional. I know that they are outside workers, I understand that. He came out and for lack of a better term he was nasty. He was sweaty. He was an overweight guy wearing a shirt that was too small. He was sweating everywhere. He was picking the bottom of his shirt up and wiping his face off. He was just very gross. He wasn't very professional. He was okay. My husband didn't like him at all.

He is a local guy.  I think I Googled him and found him locally.  I had him game out.  He was very nice.  His name was Brent Gaier. He was very nice, we didn't have an issue here, he was actually our lowest quote.  He would have been the one we went with it we had done it.  We already knew we wanted a chain link fence, the only problem was we just can't afford it right now.  He asked us to put half down and half when he finished.  But he seems very  nice and that's probably who we would have went with.  I didn't look at any specs or types of fencing because I knew I wanted chain link. He had done everything that we asked.  We explained that to him, his proposal just to get an idea of how much it was going to cost, we may not be able to get it now and we have to wait.  And he told us that was fine, just to let him know because just to make sure the scheduling if we wanted he would get us in his scheduling. He wasn't going to charge us for rock removal or having difficult dirt removed, he doesn't charge extra for that.  He was really nice and he understood.

    Lomonte Homes Painting & Remodeling
This is a 2nd house that is currently being rented to friends; it is about 1200 miles from where I currently live.  The main part of the painting was done within a reasonable amount of time, but a small area of the ceiling and walls was unfinished for various reasons.  There was difficulty in getting back into the house to finish the final touch ups due to schedule conflicts and from what I hear from my renters, he just made it back this week 5/16/2013 to finish off the job.  They say it looks fine but I haven't seen it myself.  I feel the time lag was somewhat long for what I was expecting.  Dustin Lomonte was nice when I met him in late March to show him the job, and he was very professional and seemingly trustworthy.  I'm sure he did a good job, but I haven't personally seen it yet.  From our discussions he has assured me that if there are any problems  he will be out to rectify them to my satisfaction.

    Sears Home Improvements
Every day when I got home from work, I noticed things looked bad. They would make the changes but there were some issues they couldn't fix. The siding was damaged because when they took it off and reapplied it the siding became warped. After they left and I paid them in full, I discovered the gutters were not functioning correctly because they were not slanted to allow for draining. There is bare wood exposed next to my gutters, which they said a roofer needed to repair. This was due to a gap between the roof and where the siding ended. This wood will eventually rot and I felt this should have been addressed. They said this was structural issue, which I know is not correct. Also my light fixture is falling off the wall from the siding they did. I also learned there is inadequate venting attic, which they said wasn't a problem. I cannot have this finished because it will affect the warranty I have with Sears. I cannot get a hold of them to return to my house and look at this.
