AEclipse Roofing IncAn asphalt and wood shingle roof under were removed and OSB board and new asphalt roof installed. Project was accomplished in 2 1/2 days, roofing crew was efficient and friendly, landscaping, windows and canopies were well protected, clean up was exceptional. Jeff, the roofing company owner, was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were going to do regarding materials, flashing, ventilation etc.- Steve C.

FSUMMIT CUSTOM HOMES LLCSummit Homes is not anyone I would recommend to purchase from. Especially in a new community. They have sneaky business practices and my community is dealing with that now as they are building additional phases. Everyone's HOA dues are going up >50% due to the negligence of SH turning over the deed of the new common grounds to the HOA unknowingly. We are all now paying for it. I've seen them ruin a friends yard as well when they began building right next door due to poor excavation resulting in excessive run-off and erosion. They had to pay out of pocket to install drains as SH was too cheap and didn't want do anything about it. Didn't see that there was a problem! They are also terrible when it comes to warranties and do not honor them as you would expect a trustworthy builder to do. Overall, they are slimy developers and I would never purchase one of their overpriced homes. Choose another builder as there is nothing special about their homes. Don't let them fool you.- Theresa R.

AReTouch Design-Build-RenovateWe just bought a new house and needed a post to support the roof over the porch. We needed something to provide structure, but also look nice. Retouch came over and discussed it with us, answered all of our questions, gave us a good price. The carpenter that installed it was great too. FTop Line GlassworksA couple things 1.when I called him I never got a business name from him it seems he is going by tip line construction though everything current suggests top line glassworks This window was first called on over a year ago to be worked on. My landlord set it up because I rent . It took multiple calls to get this mans company to come to my house they took measurements and notes because I had a problem with the window frame inside. Months and I heard nothing I call him and get excuses and told my window is here and let’s schedule a time , this took again multiple calls to finally get him out He shows up with a window the wrong size and none of the notes about what’s going on inside , he tells me he will be back in a week with the window and he doesn’t even need to come in so he will just show up None months later again I contact him because even my landlord is wondering about this and I’m worried for them because I fear this man billed her He tells me again a week it doesn’t happen , the landlord calls and they say another week it doesn’t happen . I contacted him this morning and he had no plan to come to my house to do this work other jobs are needing to be done like *** a year and my window job doesn’t take priority? He cursed at me and hung up on me then tries to call me back like it’s all cool? My landlord thankfully has instructed me that if he hadn’t put the window in today someone else would , I will never recommend Kent or this company his lack of punctuality, respect and customer service is unfathomable . This man lacks any respect for anyone and in these times were small businesses are hurting I find of shameful that he would purposely screw over the people that work for him by putting on such a infantile display on how to operate a business- Michael S.

ALet me start by saying I am not generally the kind of person to leave a review. We have had a variety of projects done on our house in the past 2 years-- trying to update a 30 year old home. This company has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My only regret is that we did not find them sooner. They are the kind of company that treats you like family--- they do the kind of job that they would do for themselves--- that simple Golden Rule. Very skilled and professional. We needed a large retaining wall that could withstand a lot of force from a drainage pipe. We are very pleased with the finished product. The entire project was completed without any headache or frustration on our end. No surprises. Very nice men that did everything they said they would do.

AVery professional team of people, We were able to contact them easily, if we had questions they contacted us back quickly. When they said they would be there to work at a certain time they were. It was so nice to see a team of workers who cared about quality of there work and clean up every day before they left. They completed the project on time and made sure we were happy with everything that was done.

AIf you choose Mountain Construction for your remodel of any size on your home you will not be disappointed by the slightest! Everything from Glenn's crew showing up on time daily to cleaning up end of work day was consistent. From the electricians, painters, plumbers, tile setter, to counter top company was nothing short of professional. Glenn and Rob (carpenter) checked in at least twice a day would inform you what was happening daily and what your job was weekly to go pick out (the exciting part for any home owner) Seeing changes daily was always happening and so fun! I'm a stay at home mom (my husband works quite a bit being away from the home) and I always felt so comfortable with everyone in and out of my house, there was never any awkwardness.

Cthis was the second time I have had windows and doors done by this company. The first salesman and crew were excellent. But our second interaction was horrible from start to finish. The salesman was pushy and didn’t answer questions very well; most of the time, he would answer the question with the question. I just stopped asking him anything. But the worst part was Aaron, the install manager; he was rude and condescending. He has no business dealing with people. They were supposed to install on 11-23-2020, but he started his workers chose not to come into work because it was cold and might rain. So 15 minutes after our scheduled install time, he called us to tell us this. It never rained, and had Aaron done his job and shown up, and the job could've been completed.
