AAll Weather DecksWe hired All Weather Decks ("AWD") to construct a complete makeover from an old wood deck. We worked with Brett to create a seasonal room designed with multiple large windows to overlook the lake area, along with an open composite (Deckorators-Voyage) deck with a staircase that led down to the open patio. The footing and deck posts were covered with a stone veneer. The construction went well. We experienced a few issues such as clean-up and a damaged door, but they were timely addressed. We cannot say enough about Armando and the beautiful work of his finish crew. He was very professional, diligent and eager to please. He always cleaned up his work area each day. AContinental Siding SupplyNeeded to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. AContinental SidingSiding installation was great. Siding Materials used were the best I have seen. Even the cleanup was done thoroughly. Siding gets an A+. Gutters were installed quickly and well. Installation gets an A The cleanup was done with minimum effort or care. C-. The windows that were installed were of good constructed and nicely priced for the quality they were. The same crew that did the siding installed the windows as well. Again another great job by that crew. Solid A Entry & Storm Door The entry door we purchased was pretty high cost but the construction and insulating quality is superior. Did need to call about a gap in-between the frame and the door and they were out within a week and took care of it. An A+ for the door and another A for the customer service. Would I use them again? Yes - I have used Continental Siding 3 times and should the opportunity arise again, I will be calling them first.- KEVIN B.

AAfter the first contact for a quote everything went smoothly, schedule was set and the scheduler called later to say they had a spot available 2 weeks ahead of set schedule, this worked well for us. Workers arrived on the scheduled date and began the cleaning and installation. Our home is ranch style but has a 20' plus elevation on the back side the 2 man crew came equipped with the necessary ladders to work on this portion safely. All fabrication was done onsite ensuring an exact fit on the existing gutters. By using this brand of gutter covers they blended well with our composite roofing and are nearly invisible from the street. Job was completed on schedule.

AProfessional, knowledgeable and trustworthy company! Austin inspected our gutters following a recent storm and said they were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated that he didn't take advantage of my ignorance and use the opportunity to make a sale. He also repaired a leak that was damaging our living room ceiling free of charge while he was here. Without a doubt we will be using Easton Roofing for any roof or gutter needs we have in the future!

AWe just finished our second kitchen renovation completed by Brackmann and could not be happier with the entire experience. They had performed a very modest cosmetic update to our previous home’s kitchen and now a complete rebuild of our current kitchen, which was more than twice as large. It’s difficult to find great contractors, so I wanted to leave a detailed review of somebody we’ve had an n=2 experience with. Everyone from the bidding process (Jeff), project management (Jason), and execution (Jason, Bobby, Zach, Jamie, Caleb) was cognizant that they were becoming part of your home. They were onsite on time, worked constantly through the day, took modest and well-deserved breaks, locked up the house, and were friendly and communicative when interacting with my family. They cleaned up and tidied daily, kept tools and materials organized in small locations, and were communicative about upcoming events that may cause temporary disruption to your schedule or home. Project management was also really impressive; Jason had to remember so many things for this job, in addition to other jobs for different clients. He had a daily timeline ready before the project began, which they adhered to nearly perfectly. He was prompt with emails, text messages, and addressed all questions that we had about process or the work being performed. I don’t think there was anything during the process that gave them much pause; decisions were made carefully but rather quickly. If we had questions about the workplan or work in progress, Jason answered those questions willingly and would go “above and beyond” to ensure that we understood what they were doing and the approach they were using. Brackmann has a great working relationship with their subs (for custom cabinets and countertops) and they do multiple projects together. During the process, we did change our mind on a couple of minor items or had small additions to scope; Brackmann was able to handle all of our requests smoothly without affecting the timeline drastically. Price was extremely competitive, especially considering the quality of materials, subcontractors, service, attention to detail, and experience. They are very transparent in the bidding process with respect to overhead and profit, down to the cent. Jason kept an up-to-date change order to capture the unexpected costs and our in-process additions, so we knew exactly where we were on price and how our asks affected the bottom line. A kitchen is the most complex room in a home in terms of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishes. To tackle this room in a month, from demo to punchlist, is really tough to do. Brackmann has talented personnel, great overall communication, and solid subcontractor relationships. We recommend them highly.

CWe did a moderate sized bathroom remodel. Initially, things went well. We ordered it before the holidays and were not surprised when it was not scheduled to be done until after the holidays. The contractors doing the actual work - Robert and Josh - were excellent. Very respectful, professional and prompt, working the hours they told us they would be here and keeping us updated on where they were at each step of the process. The product was excellent, we are pleased with the final look, although we still do not have the correct finish on the shower door and glass. We were NOT happy with the communication from the salesperson and site supervisor. The salesperson was to get back to us and the additional contractor we hired for painting and flooring in the MBR, which he failed to do. Initially, Bordner told us they would order the flooring for the master bedroom when they ordered the bathroom flooring, but this did not get done and neither we nor the contractor were notified until into the end of the 2nd week of the remodel. This caused a delay in our flooring being laid by > 1 week because it was a special order product. In addition, the initial order for the shower glass finish was incorrect when sent to the glass company. This caused further delays and we were without a functioning shower in the master bath for > 3 weeks.
