We have had a lot of work done on our home, both interior and exterior, over the past year by at least 15 different companies. Wilson Concrete and Construction is at the top of our list for providing exceptional work. They know what they are doing, show up prepared to work and with the equipment needed. Derek was informative, hands-on and onsite throughout the entire project. Our property is on a hill. We had a concrete slab replaced in the backyard, retaining walls replaced, an extension to an existing wall, stairs between the walls leading to the back replaced and a large concrete driveway replaced. It had to be perfect to properly drain. Derek added his own special touches to make it all come together. It all looks amazing! I call it my concrete compound! AAll Weather DecksWe had a great experience with RJ and All Weather Decks. From designing our deck to our exact specifications to the changes we asked for, he was gracious and accommodating. The crew who demolished our old deck and rebuilt our new deck with a screened in porch, were very knowledgeable and professional. At the end of each day, they cleaned up their work area and left things neat and tidy. When we reported a concern, Umberto was back within two days to fix it. ARecreation Installations LLCI reached out to the pro and he sent me a message back. Saying the minimum to set up a trampoline was 300.00. I have no problem paying 300.00. I also wanted to get a quote on a play house for my kids but he never called me. I provided him my number and I was hoping he would reach out to me to see what makes him different from any one else. He never did. I understand he might have been busy but if he would of called he would of got two jobs instead of the just one. I hired another guy. That answered the phone when I called him. I also tried to call Steve and got no response. I also texted him. I guess that is the way some people do business- s r.

FNational Demolition and Contracting llcI put a request out for concrete work on Angies List and was contacted by National Demolition and Contracting llc. I signed a contract with the owners other business W. Bradley Compaines llc for the work to be completed. The contract was written October 16th 2020 and a large deposit ($14,000) was paid. As of January 8th 2021 approx 1/3rd of the stone needed for the job was delivered, some excavation work was performed, and the stone was spread out. The contractor has missed many start dates, impossible to get ahold of, and they will not return calls or text messages. On 12/4/2020 I asked for a refund of the deposit and was told they did not have it.- John A.

DWilson Concrete & Construction LLCWe were initially encouraged by the quote and conversations. Unfortunately and quite randomly a second driveway was found under the driveway being torn up and we were given a figure of the absolute highest it would be due to the extra labor. Final figure turned out to be $400 higher than the highest quote provided. In addition we didn't ask for extra work on a cracked step but they insisted they could replace it. They never did and now we're left with half a step. We reached out every day to get someone out to finish and they ghosted. We've never heard from them since. We learned our lesson in paying in full before the job was complete.- Laney B.

AWe recently hired A to Z-Man Construction to fix some structural issues with our home. They removed our existing ceiling in our lower level, found and repaired multiple structural issues, and raised our upper floors almost 1 1/2". We the home owners are doing some flooring, trim work and painting ourselves, so the pictures show what work he has done structurally and the finished drywall in the lower level. Nathan, the owner, is very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure things were done right. He explained the work that he intended to do, his proposal was very thorough, and more reasonable than others. He and his crew were all professional and kept us apprised of their schedule. They finished our project on time, on budget, and we look forward to working with Nathan and his crew in the near future on a few other projects.

AIf you choose Mountain Construction for your remodel of any size on your home you will not be disappointed by the slightest! Everything from Glenn's crew showing up on time daily to cleaning up end of work day was consistent. From the electricians, painters, plumbers, tile setter, to counter top company was nothing short of professional. Glenn and Rob (carpenter) checked in at least twice a day would inform you what was happening daily and what your job was weekly to go pick out (the exciting part for any home owner) Seeing changes daily was always happening and so fun! I'm a stay at home mom (my husband works quite a bit being away from the home) and I always felt so comfortable with everyone in and out of my house, there was never any awkwardness.

AWe have had quite a bit of things done in our yards over the years and I must say this company is far ahead of some we have used. The quality is exceptional but something you may not consider is communication. That is every bit as important as the work. We definitely recommend All Weather Decks out of Gardner, KS. By the way we had three different crews - one for concrete work, one for paver/stone work and one for the pergola. All equally as good. The project supervisor was excellent as well.

ALet me start by saying I am not generally the kind of person to leave a review. We have had a variety of projects done on our house in the past 2 years-- trying to update a 30 year old home. This company has been an absolute pleasure to work with. My only regret is that we did not find them sooner. They are the kind of company that treats you like family--- they do the kind of job that they would do for themselves--- that simple Golden Rule. Very skilled and professional. We needed a large retaining wall that could withstand a lot of force from a drainage pipe. We are very pleased with the finished product. The entire project was completed without any headache or frustration on our end. No surprises. Very nice men that did everything they said they would do.

CI used an architect who helped design and supervise the progress of my new garage/art studio, 2012. Dwane worked well with the architect. I was committed to the project. Estimate of time of project? 6-8 weeks. How long did it take? 6 months. They are building everywhere in my area and is a good sign for this older neighborhood. My driveway started a hairline crack the first year. They were uninterested. It reached across the driveway. The drywall tape started peeling and I let it go, and now my beautiful trellis is rotting, tipping and cracking the outside stucco. They took a look at it, ran a large nail through the wood to temporarily lift it almost level. But the cedar wood is rotting, the crack is still there and the other side of the trellis is starting the same disintegration. It would have been so convenient for them to fix this. They were in the neighborhood since last fall.
