To start I never leave bad reviews, but this is ridiculous. Our first move was great minus the fact that they broke our rototiller, right in front of us. They were told how to correctly move the item but did not heed our instruction. Due to our $250 deductible they will not correct the issue as the fix is 200. On the second move (for items that remained at our home for staging) there was zero communication and the mover arrived with no help!! My husband had to actually help the mover so that the items (sofa sleeper etc) made it safely inside. I have emailed the VP with zero response. The salesman and secretary both have also ignored my emails. Good customer service until you pay, then dont hold your breath if you need something.

they came in the home like they were on fire and ran around like a chicken with their head cut off. They began the pressure check by cutting my main water line and tapping in to it. From there they shut off my furnace to listen for air leaks. Never told me or turned it back on. They continued looking for leaks and found several at which point they cut my water lines at each spot. Then conveniently they had to leave to go to another job. Was told the younger of the two would come back to get a toilet and a sink going so I could wash my hands and use the restroom and such. When the younger guy did finally comeback he was in a hurry again. He checked the pressure once again and decided he had nothing with him to fix any of the leaks in my home except he ran one water line from where they cut it coming in my home to my toilet then he picked up his stuff, wrote me a bill (which I never signed or got a copy of) for $285 and on his way out he said he had to go to work. Also, DO NOT have them come by with children. The older one of the two guys done a lot of swearing while he was here.

I just want to warn potential customers of Rost Construction. I contacted Justin, owner of Rost Construction, the end of April, 2017, to get a bid for a new replacement metal roof for our home. He came out fairly quick and returned a bid to me within a couple of days. I was waiting on another bid to come in, so I didn't accept the bid immediately. I called him around the middle of May, 2017, to tell him we accepted his bid and asked about his schedule and when he could start. He informed me he had taken on some new work and would not be able to get to me until sometime mid to late June. I said that would be fine. I emailed him mid June to see where we were falling on his schedule and he responded he was now looking at the end of July. Again, no contact in July. I called him mid July to ask what was going on. I specifically asked him if he still wanted to do my roof, and made sure he wasn't going to leave me high and dry. He assured me that he would do my roof, that he was just really busy. I stupidly believed him. I made mention of the fact that I surely was in front of some of his current jobs. He told me it had been really hot and didn't want to be on my roof. Really? He's a roofer. He told me sometime in September when the weather cooled off. I still had hope. Well, you guessed it. September came and he gave other excuses. I must mention that he originally was going to install the metal roof over my existing shingles, but I emailed him in May just after I accepted his bid to say we wanted the existing shingles removed. He gave me the cost for the added work, which I took it to mean that he was okay with the added work. We talked again the middle of September and he said the reason he was reluctant to do my house was because of taking off the shingles and not going over the existing shingles. My roof was very steep. Plus, he had plenty of easier work. He talked for almost an hour trying to convince me the go back to the original plan and that the bid he gave me was really aggressive. I guess he bid it too cheap. His problem, not mine. I did agree to do it his way, if that meant that he would do my roof. After that phone call, I never heard from him again. I left messages and sent emails and no response. In hind site, he probably did me a favor. I can't imagine what kind of service I would have received for his 10 year work warranty, if something needed fixing, if I could not get him to return my emails or phone calls. This behavior lacks integrity and would not be a good company to do business with. He would rather do new construction, which is easier. During this time, he also had billboards up for new business. No way this is an A+ company.

Kyle, Carl, Tim and Mechelle Just a note to tell you I finally moved into my new house last Wed & Thurs even though its not completely finished. I want to let you know that everyone admires the stair project you provided. Other contractors and handymen, as well as visitors, admire my stairs. Also, I am appreciative that every one of you were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and cooperative. I have been recommending your company at every opportunity. Thank you for a job well done. I love it! Joanne

The job went very well! Paul and his son Rodney handled the sale of the water softener. They were very prompt to set an appointment with us, and he was very communicative about the different systems. They arrived the next day right on time for the installation, and were both very courteous and professional. They got the job done within about 90 minutes and they were sure to thoroughly show us how to operate the system. We are extremely happy with the work.

Excellent. Very happy with the quality of work performed. Very honest, and they stand behind their work. Also very considerate, they clean up every day, they work around our schedule. Will be hiring Thebeau again in the future. Very good experiences on all of the projects that Thebeau did for us.

I personally was not there when the work was done but was told that Rich and his crew arrived on time and repaired the busted pipe in a matter of a couple of hours. I have talked to Rich several times and he is very pleasant to talk to and listened to our concerns. Definitely will hire again. I have him on speed dial...lol

I had an excellent experience. I had contacted a total of three companies, and Arch City was by far the best. On the first visit to my home, they went ahead and looked at all of the windows and pointed out some operating issues on the spot and showed me how to correct them (no fee). They looked at the window that needed to be replaced (wooden and rotted), and followed up a day later with a good, well-written quote. They invited me out to a showroom so I could see exactly what I was buying, and how it operated. I met them there, and I was REALLY glad I went. The showroom had all fo the options on display, and full size windows just like the one I was buying (no "mini models" that other companies brought to my home). They walked me through all of the features and answered a bunch of questions I had. It was very clear they knew what they were talking about. They even talked through the install, like how they ensured a tight fit and seal so that it would last a very long time. I chose them, signed the contract, and paid a deposit. They stayed in touch the whole time, keeping me updated when the window was ordered from the factory, when it arrived, and when they would be onsite. Installation went very smoothly, I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally their installer worked. They cleaned up, had me inspect their work inside and out, and then they picked up the final payment. Overall, they had a very good sales process (not pushy at all, stayed in touch, and very friendly and informative), very competitive pricing, and quality installers. I would highly recommend them, and I will use them again as we replace other windows in the house. (My dining room remodel is next!)

Dan and his crew were very professional from beginning to the end of the job. The crew cleaned up the job site everyday and left it looking neat. I felt that they were upfront and honest with every aspect of the job. I had no idea what I wanted and after Dan and Kevin's initial visit we came up with a plan for my yard and turned it into a beautiful living space that I enjoy spending time in now. I was really impressed with how quick they got it done. They estimated 10 days and got it done in 8!!! They started in the back and were very accommodating when I decided to change the shape of the patio. The seamless slate stamp that I chose looks fantastic! The team of guys installed lights in the seating wall that goes around my firepit which really adds to the look and gives it a peaceful and relaxing feeling. When this was done they then moved up front to the driveway to break out my old one and install a new exposed one. They even buried the down spout drains and ran them under the concrete to drain out away from the house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality and affordable concrete and landscaping work!!!

Tim and Dan came out and went through a plan to remove my old driveway, haul it off, and widen and replace my driveway. Dan was great and his crew was very professional. All the work was done in a very timely fashion and looked great when finished. Best of all it ended up being less expensive than I originally anticipated! Everyone that has seen it has said what a great job it was and how it looks so much better!!
They put expansion grooves throughout the driveway and used fiber in it. I haven't seen any cracks yet but if I do I am sure it would be minimal. I know from talking with other companies and people and doing research on the subject that concrete usually cracks. I watched Dan and his crew put down a good base for the driveway with rock and with the fiber in it, the driveway should last me a lifetime!
