This is a wonderful school. My child enjoyed a variety of fun activities and creative indoor and outdoor projects, including planting vegetables and pre-reading skills. The teachers are superb.

I called and he was able to fit me in that day. I arrived and he was ready exactly on time.
I explained my pain and said that I had not had massage done before. I explained I am not able to lie on my stomach. He said to remove all my clothes except for my panties and lie on the table. There was no sheet or anything to cover me. I felt very exposed and uncomfortable. When he came in he put a very very narrow, extremely heavy blanket on me. I had to be careful not to move too much so as to stay covered.
He placed a plastic gizmo against me and it made different noises. I think maybe it was supposed to do something like acupressure points. It hurt quite a bit, like a pinch but more so. After a long time of this, I finally asked again what he was doing, and he said, it's not helping your pain, is it? And switched to doing something else. I still don't know what he was doing.
His massage was not gentle. His hands are incredibly strong and he was bending my head around in uncomfortable ways. I told him it hurt but that didn't seem to change things.
Part way through he started talking. Apparently he believes that a lot of what is wrong with us is from cell phones and wifi and he started telling me about some study done near cell phone towers and about a town suing to get rid of the cell phone towers because there is so much more cancer there. This went on a while.
Payment was quick and easy, since he uses a gadget that attaches to his cell phone that he slides your credit card through.

This is the nicest facility I have ever been in. I have been a member of chain fitness facilities that are more interested in receiving your monthly payment than your fitness; I have been to work sponsored fitness centers and I have been to community fitness centers. This one definitely is in the upper end of fitness centers; however that is reflected in the membership fees. My primary reason is convenience. It takes me 5 minutes to get to Wellbridge and I am willing to pay a premium for this luxury.
    But what you get:
The changing area/shower area is equivalent to many high end spas - plenty of large lockers (they ask you where you prefer your locker to be!) Plenty of towels - both hand and bath towels. Hair Dryers - never had to wait for one. Showers are equipped with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also have disposable razors if you have forgotten yours.
Beautiful pool area (which I have not taken advantage of so I will not comment.)
Plenty of cardio equipment. I have gone at key morning times as well as various times on the weekend and NEVER had to wait for my preferred type of eliptical machine.
Full staff of trainers - you are bound to find someone who fits your personality to help you develop and stay on a program.
Well kept class facilities including a spin classroom. (Not a spinner so can't tell you much about it.) The Pilates room is state of the art.
AND A SPA - massage, nails, facial - all available there. And they run specials which are always good.
They were running a massage special not too long ago, I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day at a convenient time for me. Massage was perfect as well - 60 minutes of swedish massage.

I've been seeing them for about five years. They are very responsive and you do not have a long wait. They are friendly and knowledgable. They have an area for the kids to play which is nice. The office is very welcoming.

UCCC is one of the finest child care and enrichment centers in the Greater St. Louis Area. This is the reason why there is a waiting list to get into the infant room. The members of the staff are motivated and caring professionals who are truly child-centric. The facility, located near the corner of Vernon and Kingsland, is modern, safe and engaging. They have a sliding scale for payment depending on income, but it can be pricey-but it is certainly worth every expense. UCCC is not a drop off and forget about it. They require parents to engage with their children, to visit and to follow up at home on concepts and activities that the children experienced during the day. Check out their website.

It feels great. She comes into our office. If there is a particular area you need to be worked on, they work on that.

The payment listed here is misleading since it is only my copay and I haven't yet heard from my health insurance company about what they would cover.

I've seen several massage therapists here and always had great service.  Walk ins (or calls for an appt that day) receive 10% discount so be sure to ask for it when you check out
