    I took my Grandson to Busch's Florist to pick out flowers for his first formal prom. The poor boy was lost from the first moment he walked through the door, He looked at me in a panic when he saw all the types of flowers, but they quickly calmed him down and helped him figure out what he needed. It turned out that his date Katie had ordered the boutonniere there so they helped him design her corsage to match. They were really wonderful and showed him a few options and designs. By the time he left he was feeling like he'd conquered the whole Prom situation. Both the corsage and the boutonniere were beautiful and matched the dress perfectly. You can always count on Busch's.

    My mother is quite elderly and the evening before the delivery she had to make an emergency room run to the hospital. She came home that night, but was gone when delivery was attempted. A neighbor told the delivery person that my mom was in the hospital and I received a call from the Internet service. I called Silver Fox directly and they had been calling area hospitals trying to track her down for delivery! They were frustrated because they couldnt contact me directly. I appreciated the florist trying to track her down. The flowers ended up being picked up by my moms helper on the way home from dialysis (the florist was right on the way home) and I was told the flowers were gorgeous. From now on I will order directly from the florist and skip the Internet middleman.

    I don't belong in the suburbs and you could tell by my yard. I am the worst yard on the block, or I USED to be! Hillerman's crew has resurrected my trees, shrubs, beds, my entire yard is 150% better than it was 2 days ago. Jennifer Dames is my new hero and has set me up to keep it that way, with some action on my part, some action on Hillerman's. The crew was fast, professional, neat and open to discussions about what I wanted to happen and what I would like to happen going forward.

    As stated above it did not go at all as we had set it up and planned it like we wanted and she just acted like it did and she had done everything we wanted and that we should have been thrilled with it but I dont know how anyone would be thrilled with a less than desirable performance on their wedding day with such a key component after we spent so much time going over what we wanted and how we wanted it and she agreed. I just hope others will not have to go thru the same thing. Weddings are too stressful as it is dont need poor service top of it!!

    I saw a pretty arrangement for my grandmother for Christmas. I ordered it online from FTD Flowers and had it sent to her. I went by to see her and saw the arrangement. OH MY this was nowhere near what I had ordered. This so-called arrangement had 6 carnations and 1 spray of evergreen in a painted plastic container and two ugly sparkling candy canes. I paid 49.97 for this-no way. So I called and let them know I was not happy with this and someone was going to call me back later that day, but no one ever did. So I called the next day and spoke to the department head (after repeating my story 3 times before I got someone in charge). She told me she would have the florist get to me that day. I did not receive a call that day or the next, so I called the company again. I told them I wanted the manager, but I never got one. A supervisor got on the phone and told me that they cannot do anything about this. I told her I would refuse the charges on my credit card. She said go right ahead. But this would mean I would have to close my account. I cannot do this because that card is for emergencies, too. So I will never order anything from that company again and I reported it to the BBB as well. Shame on them. When you hire someone to do the job and they hire someone else, they should be responsible and see you happy with the item you paid for.
