  FANTASTIC FIDO'S

  My dog has NEVER had such a terrible hair cut. EVER. This was the first and last time we will ever be taking our baby to this place. The cut was laughable and literally made family and friends laugh. My only thoughts for her was...it will grow. The biggest problem was that not only did she come out shaved she came out terrified. For a week she was bizarrely skittish, afraid and shook. She has had many other cuts and this has never happened before. Be careful leaving your dog here.

  We've been going there for years and we like them a lot. They're very friendly, they know the dog really well. They do grooming there, and boarding every now and then. They're nice and they are close by the house.

  Scruffy to fluffy

  Well because it's very convenient since they come to your house and she takes exceptional care of the dog she gets to know the dog and plays with the dog and then she makes him look pretty with a little bow or bandanna flower or something around them.

  We have sent our dogs to other places in/around st. louis and nothing compares to Kristen and her staff.  The price is very reasonable and they transport the dogs for a minimal fee. It's so convenient. I just schedule the pickup and drop off and my dogs come home exhausted & clean from having the best time with the canine friends. When my dogs see the transport van pull up they can hard wait to jump in. We have visited the facility several times over the past couple years. It is exceptional. It's clean & the layout where the dogs stay inside is the best boarding concept around. Each dog is evaluated and placed in packs of like minded, age or energy level.  There is plenty of outdoor space and fresh water. The staff cleans up as the dogs go I've never seen a poop bomb laying around. I can say it warms my heart to see when my dogs walk in the door every staff member knows them personally. They are loved and well cared for if they go for a day or a week, I know my dogs are taken care of. It's their second home!

  Carol's Pet Salon

  Again, Sarah did an amazing job on Annie! She listened to my feedback and asked questions as usual. There was not much to talk about since she keeps records on each dog she grooms. As Annie's fur grows out, she looks just as a standard cairn terrier should! amazing cut, amazing lady! I got to meet Carol when i was dropping off a picture of me and Annie, and she is just a delight. I told her that she had found a real treasure in Sarah! I could not be more pleased! Alex and Annie

  I had a cat who was in a fight. His tail was badly damaged and needed amputated. Dr. Jones provided excellent care for my cat and for my wallet. He and his staff did everything to make this as easy as possible. They invited us back twice a week to change the bandage and check the healing process. They taught us how to easily administer medications. The staff knows your pets.

  Laci is a very professional business owner. Her place of business is very neat and organized and clean, and she is very pleasant to deal with. She did a wonderful job of grooming my dog and treated him like he was her own. My dog came home very clean and happy! A+++

  I cannot say enough about how incredible I (and my Annie) feel right now after our visit at Carol's Pet Salon. Sara is absolutely amazing. After a bad experience (twice) with another groomer, I was leery about trying someone new. I was a little worried about the price being more than the other groomer ($25 for the other groomer), BUT my little girl is worth it, and several local veterinarians recommended Carol's. So I gave them a try. I pay the same amount for my hair to be cut, and Annie is MUCH more complicated! BEST $40 bucks i've ever spent! And I'm on a very limited budget because of being on temporary disability due to an accident. So every penny counts in my life. I'd spend it again without hesitation. Though the price is more what you'd pay in a larger town, in this case, the saying is true, "you get what you pay for". AND this is a full grooming salon, not just a quick haircut. Sara... I can't say enough good about her. She was VERY professional and at the same time, very VERY friendly and gentle with Annie. She spent a great deal of time with me asking questions and letting me explain exactly what I wanted her to do. She did everything I asked and more! She took a botched haircut (a child could have done better than the last cut with another groomer) and turned this little girl into a perfectly groomed little lady! She knew her breeds well, and knew the special issues an older cairn terrier has. Being a long time dog lover/owner (who owns whom? lol), I was VERY impressed with her knowledge and her friendly, gentle nature. Sara keeps detailed grooming cards on her clients so that she knows what to do the next time. she spent time when I picked Annie up showing me what she did and explaining some problem issues for me to watch for so I can give her better details next time if needed. She didn't just clip her nails, she clipped and filed them perfectly smooth. I felt each nail when I got home and they were all perfectly smooth! You can really tell that Sara loves what she does and works well with the dogs she grooms. Annie came home with a pretty sunflower bandanna and she wore it proudly, prancing around like she had spent the day at an expensive spa. Anyone who makes my gal feel that way is number 1 in my book! And it was almost like Annie didn't want to leave Sara! that tail was wagging to the left, a sure sign of a happy pup. If there was a choice of A+, I would have given every category an A+. DEFINITELY recommend Carol's Pet Salon! I am very particular about Annie because she's a "puppy mill" rescue, but every dog is an angel and special gift, and Sara and Carol's treated her like that. GREAT JOB SARA! Don't move out of Rolla! :) Alex
