The workers know me and my dogs by name and are always friendly and courteous. My girls don't enjoy getting their nails cut, but the staff make quick work of it so we can be on our way as quick as possible.

    Falls Veterinary Care
Our cat, Havoc, had a urinary infection and was constipated. He's 15 years old. Dr. Scott Falls took care of him, and gave me his personal number in case I had any questions. This man truly cares about your animal friends like they were his own. Thank you, Dr. Scott!!!

Pampered Pets and then some LLC
This is a wonderful service. She loves all of my animals. She goes above and beyond and does extra like brushing my horses, playing with the puppies and making sure all of the dogs are happy and have treats. All of my animals adore her and look forward to her visits. She takes care of issues that might cause concern, like a stone in a hoof or a messy stool. She does a terrific job and I can't even think of leaving the care of my pets to someone else. She is very reliable and provides excellent service.

Shaggy 2 Chic Mobile Pet Grooming Spa
Excellent Service.  So wonderful to have them come to my home.  Spend the time with me discussing the cuts and what to expect.  My dogs loved them  The cuts were well done.  Each dog was given individual attention. So great to have my dogs groomed without the trauma of spending a day at a groomers.  Would recommend to everyone.  Very happyt the come to Troy.

    Elm Point Animal Hospital
They are incredible. We have two dogs and two rabbits. They are great with the animals, but they are also great with the people. They are very friendly and outgoing. They are great. They just adore the animals. They are very good with them and they know what they are doing. Weve been going to them for four years. Their prices are better than another vet we used. They are very punctual. We will definitely continue to see them.

    Lincoln County Animal Hospital
After my dog sustained a deep cut on his lower right arm we took him to Lincoln County Animal Hospital. He had lost a lot of blood and had already lost all the pink from his gums. We only waited about a minute before he was seen by the doctor who rushed to treat him. They kept my dog over night to observe and to do stitches the following day. A follow up call was made and we thought everything was great. After 2 days at the Animal Hospital we were given the OK to take Dog home. Here is where the problem came in. We were not given any extra bandages in case his wrapping got wet or dirty. We were only given a plastic bag that was a sleeve for an IV bag. After this we were handed two prescriptions. One was an antibiotic and the other was a pain medication. We were not told anything about these medicines and were shooed away. After 3 days of administering the medication as directed, my fiance and I realized that Dog had thrown up (sometimes a little sometimes a lot) about 3 times for the past 2 days. We also noticed that Dog wasn't just breathing hard, he was shaking. That night, Sunday, we looked at the side effects of the medications. Previcox had been prescribed for pain. We were not told about what Previcox's side effects were. Side effects of previcox include vommiting, seizures, and death. Death in over 3,000 dogs. I like that the Animal Hospital let us make payment arrangements. I like that they treated him quickly. I even like that they cared enough to make a follow up call. However, when we called about the problems with the medications, we were told to stop use for 24 hrs and call back. When we called back we were simply told to start the medication again. When we said thats what we thought was making him sick (especially since he stopped shaking and throwing up) the nurses and doctor said "oh, I don't know what to do then. Just take the medicine". Are you kidding? I think that when medications are prescribed, the owners should be told what the side effects are. Especially when DEATH is a common side effect. Follow up calls don't matter when your dog has passed because you gave him the medicine the doctor prescribed.

Regina, Darryl and Madison have done fantastic work for me, and I will continue to utilize them in the future. I have to make frequent out of town business trips and having quality, reliable folks like the Windel's has taken the worry out of being gone. Their knowledge of animals and love for their work is very apparent. I most highly recommend them to anyone fortunate enough to live in their service area.
