Founded in 1983 by Henry & Karen Hoff, Hoff Heating and A/C was run from a detached garage next to Henry's house. Before long, Karen's brother, Greg, decided to make a career out of heating and cooling as well. Greg was the first of many family members that have since joined Henry & Karen's team. Today, the business has grown to over 30 employees, and most of our "Hoff Heating family" has been with us for 10 years or more. My phone call was answered promptly and the woman who answered was kind, helpful, and very professional (sorry, I didn't catch her name)! They were able to squeeze in a visit for an estimate the same day. When Steve got to my house, he put on his shoes covers and went right to work looking in the ducts and the furnace for any signs/ smells indicating a problem. He couldn't find anything. He told m...

We've been smelling something foul from one of our air vents for almost 2 weeks. We had another company scheduled and realized when they got to my house that they didn't have enough vacuum hose length to service my ducts. I was then referred to Ductz.
